[TOS+ Integration] Acrobatics vs Jump: Speed not taken into account...

Skills & Feats

While working to integrate the Pathfinder System in my Automated Character Sheet, I noticed that The new Acrobatics skill does not take into account [as far as I could see] the speed of the Character who is Jumping. Is this really intentional?

Your Jump check is modified by your speed. If your speed is 30 feet then no modifier based on speed applies to the check. If your speed is less than 30 feet, you take a -6 penalty for every 10 feet of speed less than 30 feet. If your speed is greater than 30 feet, you gain a +4 bonus for every 10 feet beyond 30 feet.

Yeah...there are a few of those places where it's not clear if something was left out on purpose or on accident (e.g. does a "pin" still last one round while grappling? is it intentional that sundering a non-weapon uses the same rules as sundering a weapon now?)
