While I am pleased to hear this, I am sure there are still some bugs to work out. I would love to hear about some samples using this system.

I agree, and I actually appreciate you putting some redundant stuff in there to reduce page flipping looking for racial modifiers and so on.

I definitely will be trying this out, I only got to scan through it, but I was terribly excited and will hopefully make an example tomorrow. However, I do have a nitpick errata that I noticed, table 14-7 page 135 lists the Halfling as have +2 Int, not +2 Cha as it is in the racial chapter.

In general I like the NPC creation system. I would however like an added option of using the point buy system. The elite and non-elite array are very useful in many situation, but in some cases I prefer a more flexible distribution method. I also tend to give the NPCs the same amount of points the PCs got (usually high-powered). I will probably do it anyway, but it would be nice to see something like that included in future versions of the game.
