Jason -> Polymorph Subschool - Land Speed?

"In addition, each polymorph spell can grant you a number of other benefits, including movement types, resistances, and senses."

When taking an animal shape, do you gain the land speed of the new shape? Within the limits of the spell of course, being that BS1 only grants up to 30, BS2 up to 60, etc. Land speed isn't specified in the spells.

"If the form you choose grants these benefits, or a greater ability of the same type, you gain the listed benefit. If the form grants a lesser ability of the same type, you gain the lesser ability instead."

This is only refering to the spell correct? Like if you use BS2 to take the shape of something with a Swim speed of only 40, you gain that, not a Swim of 60.

Also, abilities like a Barbarian's, Ranger's, or Monk's speed bonus, how do these apply to polymorphed shapes?

Sovereign Court

Good questions. I've noticed numerous small errors here and there, and my friends are pointing out even more. Entangle is fuzzy, and humans appear to be able to pick Druidic as a bonus language.

The polymorph spells will indeed grant a land speed bonus.
