Which T-shirt will you buy?
Update from from 5/6/08:
Good news, everyone!
We've received enough pledges for all three designs, so all three shirts are now available for preorder!
We'll collect preorders for a little while so that we can get estimates of the popularity of each size, and then we'll have them printed for you, so it will be a few weeks before they're available.
Update from 6/9/08:
Sadly, less than 30% of the people who pledged their support for the Valeros T-shirt actually placed an order for it; that's not enough to break even on the cost, so we have canceled it.
The Golem and Goblins T-shirts, which will each be limited to a single print run, will be available in July.

I'm in agreement with a few others that different colors would attract me to a purchase (browns, reds, blues). I like white and would love the Golem. As another poster stated though, the Golem seems a bit too big for the shirt. Maybe the Golem on a smaller scale in the front or a large Golem covering the back.
I really like the Goblins and the Goblin song, but I don't think I could wear the shirt with the song on it. People around my area still think RPG's are for satanists. The Goblins by themselves though, might sell me.
Now I really like the Iconic idea, but I would need a color other than black.
Hope this helps in your Marketing designs.
Cheers

Are these images going to be on the front or the back of the shirt? I'd need to know that before I bought or pledged to buy anything.
I like the goblin t-shirt best, but as I've recently ordered the existing back and white one, I'm unlikely to buy another one, so I guess I'll be waiting for the next round of designs =)

Hehe. I crack myself up. :-)

While I voted for both the fighter and goblins shirt, I want to second (or third?) the request above for varying colors of shirts. I don't so much mind the goblins on black, but it would be cool to have a whole series of the iconics, each on a different colored shirt. Nothing from the elementary school color wheel, but toned-down variations on them would be awesome (no bright yellow, red, green, blue but rather marigold or rust, burgundy, hunter green, cyan, etc.)

I like the Paizo shirt, because it is uncluttered. The goblin shirt should really be just the Reynolds goblins and Pathfinder logo on front and unchanged 'we be' song on the back. As is, the design is too cluttered. The Valeros shirt has the same issue. It has the stats mashed up against the image. Two of the stats are obscured. If you really want to use the character sheet, use the whole thing, bio and all, and have the graphic offset in the same way it is in the second volume of pathfinder. I think this shirt would also benefit from having Valeros on the frone, with the PF logo, and his character sheet on the back. I know that this ups the printing costs, but what you have is crowded and awkward. I am going to see what comes out of the second wave of shirts, and hope there is one.
If you want to solicit our opinions and desires for a shirt like this, how about having us vote on different permutations for each shirt, and offer a few colours. Check out www.threadless.com for a parallel.

These are all cool, but I have to be honest; I'm used to $5 patriotic t-shirts from Kohl's, and $8 plain ones from Eddie Bauer. None of these designs are enough to make me want to dump $25 on. If they were closer to $15, then I'd probably snag one. Then again, I'm probably not the target market for this particular product. If I'm going to give Paizo $25 (which is not something I at all mind doing, mind you!) I'd rather have one of their books that I don't already have. :)
That said, if you want to sell me clothing, a black, fade-resistant polo with a small Paizo logo on the left breast would probably work on me...

To go with the trends these days and to make for a more lasting shirt, I'd say the design for the golem is the best bet, the other graphics (the gobs and the fighter) will fade too easily and the richness of color always feels heavy on the chest.
I'd say more abstract (e.g. the golem)or black & white graphics are the way to go.
Also, It'd be nice if the golem was situated more laterally to wrap around the sides. OR OR OR make it smaller and be exclusively a side print.
Things like this can make for excellent AND classy t-shirts, that your non-DnD playing significant others will actually think look good on you.
Also, if I come off as elitist it's only because I'm in graduate school for design (albeit architecture, but design is design)
Just some things to consider from your friendly design consultant, and maybe I can photoshop up some examples, if I get a moment.

I would love to buy a shirt from you guys, but to tell you the truth, these designs don't impress me too much.
Too much text on the Goblins and Fighter shirt.
I like the Paizo golem, but I don't like the white background.
I would love a shirt with that picture of the goblins on it, and then just "We be goblins - you be food" printed on it somewhere. I wouldn't buy any of these though, unfortunately.

I love all three! The Fighter shirt is a little cluttered, though.
Let's see... decisions, decisions...
I definately have to go for Goblins! The Paizo goblin redesign is already legendary and I want to show my support! I also have to agree with the one complaint that's floating around: the last line should stay "we be goblins - you be food!"

I voted Twice... 1 for the Golem, 1 for goblin *though I like the original song more*... I hope that is allowed..
I am looking foward to getting them.. ;-)
How are you going to do sizes though?...
