Dragon style and charging in difficult terrain

Quick question: i know with dragon style you can charge in difficult terrain. My question i this: does that work with difficult terrain creates with magical effect? Ex:icestorm, entangle, volcanic storm.

If it's difficult terrain you should be able to charge through it with Dragon Style. The feat doesn't care how the difficult terrain came to be.

As long as it's just under impassible terrain Dragon Style don't give a *&$%
