Norgerber,
So you are saying the imps and pseudo-dragons are the real reasons that Korvosa is LN and not LG or LE? ;)
That would make for a strange campaign, the characters as virtous pseudodragons (maybe tack on the celestial creature template) trying to thwart the wicked imps. Saving the souls of unwitting (and to the pseudodragons, often stupid) humans/elves/dwarves/etc. Fighting in the eaves of merchant houses, defending their home in a temple steeple, raiding into the imps horrid dens.

It's easy to incorporate the Eel's End as the Gaedran Lamm hook too... Rescue a family member!

I have nothing to say about this previous nonsensical talk. I think that Korvosa is an excellent, well thought out, colorful city with intricate inner workings, intrigue, and danger around every corner. While still leaving the potential for the GM to expand upon the existing structure without altering the city itself. O' and lets see some more psedodragon imp art!
