Yeah; it runs in cycles. It was great when I graduated 11 years ago; right now, it's pretty bleak, so if you have a job you're stuck there.
AND, the schools are online now a lot of times, so that just makes it easier for them to hypersaturate the market with people who won't be able to find work.
Yeah, my sis-in-law and friends of ours have the same problem. (They are nurses) Every few years the market cries 'We need more people!' and the next few years they are glutted. ;P
Sorry for my absences. It's been a hectic month or so, and whatever free time. I had was tied up in a writing project. My computer also decided to start acting screwy, but I think I have it fixed. Hopefully things will stabilize doon

Assuming we can sell everything I’ve indicated (not including the head band of Int – anyone want it? Beldan doesn’t), that is 50,688 gp.
Divided 7 ways (Beldan, Elgan, Altai, Pip, Stig, Hnoss, Gjetost – let’s be generous) that is 7,241gp, 1sp, 4cp each.
So I’ve got up to about 14, 15 grand to spend. I’ve got good magical ranged and melee weapons, good AC, have items in boot slot, both ring slots, cloak / body slot, neck / throat slot, belt slot, eye slot, armour and shield slot are all filled.
I figure I can either upgrade my armour and buckler (by +1 each, or just +2 to the shield), giving me a +1 boost to AC, or I can upgrade my armour to shadow armour or something, improving my stealth checks, or upgrade my belt of dex from +2 to +4, which will give me a +1 boost to AC but also all other dex related things (reflex saves, skill checks and dex based attack rolls).
I’m tending towards the belt, but what do you guys think?

LOL like right there, I had to get off the comp. Honestly I don't thinks I have taken a breather since September. It has been very hectic at Casa de los Monos lately. I am trying to rearrange things, and I am starting to see a glimmer of hope with my horrible case of writer's block. I am hoping that I can get in some quality time tonight updating. As you can seee from the time stamp (4am EST) I am dealing with going to work very early, and this is actually a day I get to 'sleep' in a few hours. Yeasterday I was already an hour into work. Makes for a busy day.

Great adventure, though in some ways I think it works better as a stand alone high level jaunt than as the conclusion to the Kingmaker AP.

it's not gonna be in Golarion though; seeing as I don't have the Kingmaker modules, I'd do it in......another prime material type place,....a place that's kinda a surprise.
And,....I think it could end up a bit different, due to the fact that it's in a different place than Golarion any damn way;
I know we was looking for some giant, but......meeah, I think Asgard will still be there....
there's a "Jotunblood" template in the Advanced Bestiary; it adds +4 to any giant's CR, so I think that and adding class levels....Jotunheim giants can handle up to 30th level adventuring without too much problem, and I doubt the game would last that long anyway's.

From the game thread – no worries about the railroad, we probably would have spent the next two months of real time wondering about trying to figure things out.
As for players ... yeah, it seems like Kruelly is out for the foreseeable future. Hope he’s doing ok. As for the rest of us, Rags and I slow right down from time to time as things come up and it seems that Vatts and Patrick overall have less computer / pbp time than they used to. I reckon from a mechanical POV we’ll do ok with four (though I wouldn’t underestimate the loss of our fighter), but bringing in one or two more might give the game a bit of a boost.

To be perfectly honest, it would feel a bit odd to me to add anyone now - the Revenuers are Pip, Stig, Elgan, Beldan and Altai, plus whatever monstrous freaks Altai has dredged up lately.
Having said that, an extra player would probably up our posting rate a bit. There's something to be said for that too.
Oh, and the railroad doesn't bother me in the slightest. Mothers is right - we wouldn't have gotten off that barren spit of land for months of RL time...

Yeah, I was all excited when I got my new Android phone – more opportunities to post to Paizo! But the BBC codes are so difficult to do it’s not really worth it for a meaty pbp game post.
That sucks. You can make it do lightsaber sounds, but bbc code is a byoch......
