FYI- I am closing on a house next Tuesday. SO, between that, and having to move out of (and clean) the apartment in 5 days, (AND have a daughters B-day party!) on top of all the usual interruptions that moving brings to web-based communication, I may not be my usual chatty self next week.
I will have access to a PC at work, but I need to actually DO work sometime, and I plan on not being at work much next week because I'll be moving! :) Kind of a catch-22 thing,...

Yeah; things are busy all over.
I've been trying for weeks to sit down and make statblocks...
My kids got sick, got better, then....
my youngest got an ear infection Tuesday; put on amoxicillin...
so she got a rash Thursday, switched to a sulfa because she might have been allergic to the amox...
so the rash got worse, and we took her in Sat a.m.;
it turns out she had rosiola which, when it's done running its course, shows an angry pink viral expression rash, which can lead people to believe there's an allergic reaction going on....
but she still needs the sulfa drug because her nose has a low grade infection.
So, anyway, all this hinking and jinking and planning (I was on call Sat; my wife was working Sat;) has to go on at 11:00 p.m. on Friday night when the viral expression rash got cranking; kids don't get sick until late Friday night, dude!!! So I'm up until late waiting for the on call Physician to call back; there's sick kids out the wazoo on a Friday night...why they can't all get sick at noon on Tuesday is utterly beyond me, but it's karmic murphy's law type junk. It's like YaWeh playing the ole Job thing on your's truly because I entertain him/her/it so.
AND, my son starts kindygartin tomorrah.
So, anyway, some day I should be able to throw together a few 'blocks and maps and somesuch.
Then Thursday, took my kid to "meet the teacher" night at school.
She's up there giving us the breakdown, and there's this little kid up front crawling around, roaring like Simba or somesuch, and I think to myself, "OMG--it's Gittik."
And what never ceases to amaze me is this: I'm certain there was a parent in the room, since I doubt this hobniz could operate an automobile yet. And yet, nobody was telling this kid, "stop acting like one raised by wolves. The teacher is talking."
I ernestly worry for the future.

Those out-of-control kids have always puzzled me as well. Generally, I blame the parents. When I went to see The dark knight, there were a handful of 6-year olds (or something like that) playing in the aisles. Who the hell brings a 6-year old to see a R-rated movie? Of course, the little guys were crying after about 10 minutes; obviously, that did not make whoever brought them along do anything. Jackasses.
Yeah; usually is the parents. Once in a while, somebody has a condition.
Sympathize on the schedule Heathy! Kids can NOT get sick until fri, usually late. Its a law.
When I see an out of control kid, (Including mine! I'm not perfect!) I want to swat them. But I REALLY want to slap the parents! All of this modern 'you can't spank your kid, you'll scar them for life' Cr@p, Sorry. But MY daddy spanked me, and I have NO scars, emotional or otherwise, from a single one of the paddlings I received. The only thing that happened was I learned, 'Do what mommy and daddy say, or it hurts!'
So what happened? Oh let's see, I became a well-adjusted, emotionally stable young adult, who was in Band, and Choir, and School plays, AND carried off an almost perfect 4.0 average. And I almost always listened to my parents. Went to college, got MYSELF up for 8am classes, and continued to pull off almost straight A's. (Darn my cursed 3.80 GPA!) And almost always listened to my parents,.... This pretty much continues through today, where I sit with 3 college degrees, a loving wife and kids. And the ONE time I didn't listen to my parents, I ended up in a short-lived marriage. (THAT, I wish they had spanked me for!)
So, parents? MAKE your kids to obey, WHEN THEY ARE YOUNG, so that when they grow up they'll listen to you out of good habit! :)
NOTE: I said make them obey, not 'beat them,' IF spanking offends you, (Though I personally have no issue with it) there are other methods. Enjoy. [/rant]

He is willful and combative. He has a powerful personality, and fights tooth and nail. It's going to be an ugly one every day until he gets settled into a structured environment.

Sad part is it hasn't effected outgoing packages in regards to consistancy or anything, just makes it painful to sit or lie straight and I have to sit to type, so that just sucks.

Dude, I really sympathise. There are few things more unpleasant and down-right grim than treacherous bowels. I hope they deal with it soon.
By the way, a heads-up, chaps - I will be on holiday for two weeks from Saturday and won't be able to post. So please kill the giants slowly - Gittik would like to be there when we off his dad.

IRL attrition is kinda up there in the game of late; myself included. If that's the case, we're looking at really slow. It's cool. Maybe it will give me time to get caught up with writing.
I doubt if the game crawls to a halt for a while that it'll die.
I might be able to back up and regroup, see who's around, and do little solo things, I just gotta think about it or whatever.
