Crud. I spent all week hammering on the thing trying not to rush and then I miss the deadline by an hour (I blame daylight savings time... and the illuminati).
Whelp, I wrote the dang thing, so I'm gonna post it anyway. I guess there's a small consolation in that it's still my IP and I can break the word limit to get the rest of the flavor text. So without further ado, I give you
The Belt of the Warhall Champion
This wide belt is made of girallon leather. It’s buckle is a pitted steel bull’s head, and the belt’s flanks bristle menacingly with boar tusks.
This belt confers mastery of the battlefield, and therefore mastery of the battle, to the wearer. It grants a +6 enhancement bonus to Strength and a +10 competence bonus to Climb, Jump, and Swim checks.
The wearer of a Belt of the Warhall Champion may always make Jump checks as though he had a running start, and is not considered flat-footed due to climbing. The belt grants the ability to combine a jump action with a charge attack, provided that the Jump check clears any intervening obstacles or allies (and that such allies are not flat-footed and have presence of mind enough to duck).
The boar tusks act as weapon hooks and may hold up to four weapons securely. If the wearer intentionally drops a weapon it automatically falls into an empty weapon hook (if there is one) and is well-secured. This has no effect on thrown or disarmed weapons.
Lore
Knowledge Local DC 15: This belt is connected to the Warhalls, a loose association of warrior groups that hold non-lethal combat competitions more akin to sporting events than to gladiatorial combat. the Warhalls provide training, discipline, and legitimacy to warriors who would otherwise have no outlet for their skills.
DC 20: The warhalls focus on mobility and teamwork, as well as combat prowess, and make use of unusual terrain features in both their training exercises and their tournament bouts. They teach their warriors how to use the terrain to their advantage, and that mastery of the battlefield is mastery of the battle.
DC 25: Each warhall has one Champion (who acts as a figurehead) and one Master (who acts as leader). The master may not fight in any official bouts, so the Champion fights in his place. Champions who hold their titles for five years or more are often granted these Belts as a mark of prestige. Wearing these belts in tournament bouts, however, is discouraged. Not only is it considered bad sportsmanship, but should the champion lose the match he must relinquish his belt to the obviously superior warrior.
Strong Transmutation, CL 14th, Craft Wondrous Item, Bull’s Strength, Freedom of Movement, Greater Heroism. Price: 100,000 gp.
Any other sad-sacks like me that missed the deadline, let's see what you had!

I kinda missed it. Wasn't sure if I wanted to enter and never got around to creating stats. Here is a quick version of what I was thinking.
Branding Iron of Growth
This appears to be a normal branding iron except that the command word is usually inscribed on it. When heated and applied to skin it causes 1d3 fire damage. When the command word is spoken by the holder of the branding iron, all newly branded animals receive the effects of Animal Growth. This effect only works once. After the Animal Growth wears off the branding iron will not affect the animal again. The branding iron offers no control over the affected animals. The wizard who created the item envisioned a permanent version that could increase meat production. Unfortunately the meat became too tough to eat. Recent rumors place the item in the hand of an orc tribe who use it stampede the giant animals into town before attacking.
Moderate Transmutation; CL 9th; Craft Wonderous Item; Animal Growth; Price 24,000gp; Weight 5 lb.

The weapon hooks alone are probably the coolest part of this item. I could name half a dozen times in the last few sessions / online scenes I've played where the move action and/or AoO to sheathe a weapon became an issue.
