I have an email that says my order was ready to ship June 27th, and the account says it has. I still haven't received it. Any ideas?

Your order shipped out of our warehouse on the afternoon of the 27th, so it would have been picked up by the USPS on the 28th. The estimated shipping time for USPS standard mail is 3 to 10 business days. Ten business days would have been yesterday, but with the postal holiday last week you should expect delays. Your order, therefore, should be showing up sometime next week.

If you haven't seen it by the end of next week, let me know.
