I've got it more SW than that, other side of Aerenial.
I've used the Olmans as a slightly different version of the Seren.
Yes, I read about the Seren and most likely will use them instead of the Scarlet Brotherhood blockade. No Neck's description as a Seren was just too cool to pass up.
