Does she still use the potion of Gaseous Form and leave her beloved Gut Tugger to his death?
She's willing to animate him as a zombie and use him to continue fighting, knowing that the magics needed to bring him back (resurrection, since raise dead doesn't work on "undeaded" victims) are probably beyond her ability to afford.
I'd say she'd shed a tear, wish it could be different, and still leave him behind to cover her escape.
We had something similar occur, Rowyn would only animate her baby as a last resort to save her life. In our game, she had two potions, and both retreated, because later on she in game she still has gut-tugger, he is still alive and well.
Until the next encounter with the PC's, but I won't go into that here.

We had a similar thing happen. Rowyn escaped, and Gut Tugger negotiated his release. The PCs just let him go. They'll pay for that mistake later on... <insert evil laugh>

LOL! Yes he is quiet the smooth talker, though he was almost cleaved in half by our Warforged.
I don't have much doubt that Rowyn runs if she feels her own life to be at risk, regardless of Gut Tugger's situation.
Don't forget to enhance Gut Tugger if he returns to fight another day!

I'll have to echo the statement if Rowyn can escape, she will, even if sacrificing her beloved pet, just anther reason for her to hate the PCs & do them on the ship later.
Rowyn seems to me to be the type, she gets what she wants & will sacrifice anything to get it, besides could her mother pay for a raise dead if it came down to that or is Rowyn & Heldrath not on good terms?
