I'm goin nuts cause I've not gotten it. My players are stoked about the new story arc, and every day they are calling me to see if I got it yet lol. I wont let them read the players guide yet either :p
Anyone else in the same boat? Or any idea why it's been 3 weeks now and I've not gotten this issue. :/

I received Dungeon 138 +/- 7 weeks ago.
I don't have a subscription but I am having a similar problem.
I help support my local game store by buying my dungeon and dragon from them. They have not received there issue while a local book and music has gotten and already sold out of issue 139. I don't understand why both stores didn't get them at the same time.
Same here, still haven't received it in the mail yet. Maybe mine got burned up in the mail. :)
Well now the next issue has shipped and I have yet to recieve the last. I emailed them to see if they had an error in shipping or something. Ugh my players are going nuts on me.

Im also still waiting on issue #139!
I was wondering if there is a delay in your UK shipping but after seeing this post I thought it would be best to mention it.
I know it can take longer for UK orders but I've normally received my delivery before the next is released. If I haven't received #139 by the time #141 is released I'll email for a replacement.
I was also starting to wonder about issue 139 hitting the UK with 140 starting to ship.
Makes me feel better knowing I am not the only UK subscriber waiting.
I just received #139 yesterday. It seems I get the penultimate issue 1-2 weeks after the latest issue is shipped, so I'm always a month behind. Maybe Homeland Security has to inspect them before they cross the border into Canada. Oh well.

Quite a few weeks since issue 138 landed and discussions of 140 have me wondering if my 139 has gone missing.
