Has anyone ever thought about a prestige class like a thrall of adimarchus, to give the cagewights and their servants a more unique flavor?
Yes I have actually but have never got around to creating it. I don't think all the Cagewrights should be his followers but more just a select few. In my game I have made Fetor and a few other lower level NPCs his followers but the concept is still evolving for my game.
Off the top of my head I would expect them to have a missing eye surrounded in a smoking tatoo or similiar black paint.
Divine followers may have access to the evil and madness domains and favour the great sword (is that what he uses?)
Abilities could be spells which induce madness/nightmares, gaze spells/abilities, evil/good alignment blur, etc
I'll head home and have a look at Adimarchus abilities and see what else i can come up with.
Anyone else?

If you want a good template, use the Thrall of Zuggtmoy PrC from Dragon 337, pg 45. If I wasn't on my way out the door to work, I'd take a quick shot at it myself.... maybe later.

Just a thought, has anybody looked at the doomdreamer PrC out of Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil? It's like a divine alienist, if I recall correctly- been a while since I looked at that module. But it might be a good choice for an Adimarchus-related PrC with some alteration.
