Can you use Evasion from Animal focus to take Twist Away feat?

is this combo legal ?

1 lvl hunter for Evasion from Animal Focus(keep your animal companion dead)
take feat "Twist Away"

then take X lvls in Lore Oracle (take Sidestep Secret (Su) revelation)

now you use your Charisma modifier instead of your dex on your Reflex

saving throws and to AC and in Feat Twist Away , correct ?

Yes, the feat only cares that you have evasion, not how you got it. You lose the use of the feat if you swap out evasion for another focus until you swap back.

Twist Away and Lore oracle works fine.
