Oh, and it goes without saying that the website should be faster and available more reliably (it's too often down). Who does your hosting, anyway? It's terrible.

We agree.
As it turns out, we host our own site, so the blame is our own.
The good news is that we are upgrading our servers as we speak. Reliability and speed should be greatly improved by the end of the month. Woo hoo!

From what I have seen the USPS international charges are very good, here in England the postal charges are much higher and the service much worse, I have had Global Priority parcels that have been posted in the US on the same day as a first class parcel here in the UK (which should arrive next business day) beat the first class one on many occasions! Though maybe that just shows how bad out mail service here is!
The US Postal Service is working hard to compete with UPS FedEx and e-mail. Maybe the GB postal service needs some competition.
Well I placed my order on May 25, 2005 and am still awaiting it with pin and needles(really got to vaccum my bedroom floor here :} ) I hope it arrives soon because my other orders from else that were made the same day by U.S. Snail mail vs. web ordering here have alreay arrived this past Monday. Must be the size. I may have herniated an employee. :}

When I saw your post, I looked into your order and discovered that it was being held up for the Dungeons & Dragons Free Comic, which is still a preorder and not yet available.

I love the plush toys, so does my daughter. We have a couple of non-dangerous caltrops. My daughter wants a plush blue dragon next. 4th of the July is coming up, so I might get her an independence day gift. Great store, keep it up.
