Please note that we are unable to extend the Great Golem discounts to orders that contain preorders, backorders, or are set to ship with future subscription shipments. If your checkout options are set to 'add to sidecart' it could be causing the price variation. If it's not let me know and I'll be glad to look into it further.
If you ever have any trouble with future purchases make sure to let us know on the Customer Service messageboards. We check them regularly in order to address any issues that may occur.

Any update on the Golem Sale orders getting put through? I put an order in on Nov 11, got the email saying it would ship in 3-10 days and such, but nothing since.
I placed an order on the 8th, and recently checked to see if it had gotten overlooked or stuck in the system somewhere. They've confirmed it hasn't, and they're just dealing with a huuuuuuuuge backlog from the sale.

Friendly Warehouse Morlock here! We're working as hard as we can to get alllllllll the orders out as quickly and efficiently as possible, I promise! ...But it's true there are like a million million orders, and there are only a handful of us. ^^
Thank you, thank you for everyone's patience with all of this so far... I know it's not easy waiting for all the cool new goodies to arrive. But rest assured, we haven't forgotten anybody. :)

Thanks, any update is a good update. I'm just getting antsy for prepping gifts and thought I'd get them done early this year is all.
