You really aren't being very fair to Paizo with that comment. Virtually no company puts items on sale during the month of December until after Christmas has passed — not if they want to stay in business anyway. Suggesting that they somehow slighted customers by doing what every other company does simply isn't a realistic assessment of things.
Furthermore, at the very start of the holiday buying season, Paizo had a huge sale for Black Friday. Looking at my account history, I bought $204 worth of product and only paid $102. If that's not 'nice' to the customers then I don't know what is.
My only complaint about the after-Christmas sale this year is that the little cards weren't graced by my favorite iconic sorceress. Still, I can respect that some people have a thing for midgets... ;)

I will keep it simple and just say that I greatly enjoy the products that Paizo puts out, and I wish them to remain profitable so they can continue to create and sell products that I enjoy. I wish them to be very profitable so that it will encourage other companies to provide the same level of service, quality and general awesomeness.

Its actually amazing that this happened given the strength of the Dungeons & Dragons brand!
This is all about how well Paizo has managed an open sourced game license relative to how poorly Hasbro manages a lot of their brands.
I still shudder when I think about what Hasbro did to Atari about 15 years ago!

Any chance of a second run of adventure path bundles? i didn't have the money before but i do now! I would also rather give my money directly to paizo instead of somewhere else were i could get them cheaper.
Lisa has been talking about reviving the bundles... but probably at a slightly lower discount than we offered on Black Friday.
