Shouldn't there be 3 poster map PDF files? We have "Poster Map 2.pdf" (for Adventure 2) and "Poster Map 3.pdf" (for Adventure 3). In Adventure 1, the text says:
Page 4 wrote:Unfold the Old Mill map, and place the Ground Floor side face up on the tableSo I would expect "Poster Map 1". Is it missing, or is the text at fault here?
Confirmed myself this has been fixed! Thanks for letting us know about it!

Thank you so much, Maya!

I’m very interested to hear how well this would suit experienced groups but where the GM was new to the hot seat, especially in comparison to say Rusthenge.
Interesting question! I really, really like Rusthenge, but it does have a few weird bits that resulted from it straddling the remaster as it did that I could see tripping up a new GM. The subsequent Death of Gorum may also throw a wrench in the works, and in my opinion the final battle needs to be completely replaced.
Overall a great adventure, but probably not the best choice for a new GM.

Turns out that if I add everything you need to play the adventure to the Single File download, it basically becomes the File Per Chapter download package. So, I've removed Single File as an option.

But that does not have the adventure in one piece, right? Contents and cover are separate files, if I recall correctly. Also, I think the adventure filename had a spelling error.

Hello!
Is there any chance we'll get this for foundry?
Unfortunately i can't get phys copies for a number of reasons, starting with location and ending with distances between me and my players, but i get lots of adventures in foundry store and would probably get this one for some of the newer players as an addition or replacement of Otari dungeon.

I'm wondering, in the "Timing the Approach" sidebar on page 27, it says,
... around sunset, it rains heavily, granting a +1 circumstance bonus to Perception checks.
That doesn't really make sense, does it? Shouldn't the rail rather impede Peception?

Another question: in area C5, the text talks about an everlight crystal:
As long as one of the PCs carries a torch or lantern (or the everlight crystal, if they found it earlier in the adventure), they can all see just fine, ...
However, there is no other mention of such an item anywhere in the adventure. Can I assume this is a relic of something being cut, or should there be such a crystal somewhere?

Yet another question: Is it intended that Zungur's Destructive Croak ability does not allow for a saving throw? The default swampseer from Monster Core allows a DC 19 basic Fortitude save.

To update, the team will be fixing this file, but we have some other larger tasks that need to come first! In the meantime, you are free to adjust the file name on your computer to fix the "Aventure" -> "Adventure" issue, but know that it is on our to-dos!

The everlight crystal did get cut, since we ended up not having room to include its rules in the text, but then a reference to it stubbornly stuck in the text later. Just ignore its reference.

Yup. Should be a –1 circumstance penalty to Perception.

I agree with the video...it is weird that Paizo didn't market this as a starter set. I wonder if that has to do with marketing and/or merchandising?
So let's get this out of the way, because there is no way around it: there is plenty of cost-cutting in evidence here. Paper mats instead of flip mats; cardboard "bases" for the pawns (rather than plastic); thinner paper. We probably just need to accept that his is the new normal in a post-tariff world.
Now that said, I believe this product still represents good value. Pawns, maps, dice, three adventures, etc. It is very self-contained for $35, even if seems a bit odd that they went with tokens for Starfinder, but kept pawns for this. I think I get it -- Pathfinder 2E uses pawns, and swapping in tokens mid-edition might cause strife -- but an overall move toward tokens might become inevitable for cost reasons. In any event, the included cardboard "bases" seem like clever compromise while that mess shakes out.
I will say this probably isn't worth it for the adventure alone, but well worth it if you'll use the extra stuff. It seems particularly ideal for introducing new people to the game with a lower buy-in that the Beginner Box (as well as maybe sneaking into places the BB won't reach?). And the thematic green dice are a neat touch (though I can't help but wonder if Paizo was able to source a bunch of sets of green polyhedral dice on the cheap and then wrote the adventure around 'em). ;-)

Sorry about these minor errors!
Thank you, James, for taking the time for clearing things up!
