They already admitted they have to release the PDFs manually and not on a schedule, like it is possible with the print version.
The print AP has been available for several hours now.

What I find kind of strange, the main page has been saying for more than 3 hours now, that the new stuff is released, but the links provided only "work" for the print AP and the new Map (weirdly print and PDF).

The Scenarios and the PDF AP are not yet there. About 3.5 hours after the blog!

Changed my original time from 4 hours to 3+ hours. Because while I was writing, the PDFs became available.

Is Draconic Codex just not releasing a PDF? What's going on?

It is not just the Draconic Codex PDF.

The prints offer "add to cart" but for the PDFs, there is not even a page.

Concerning minor errors: The character sheets are direct reprints from the Beginner Box? At least Kyra has the same glitch.
There is a Tick for Trained in Deception, but the actual value is factored into Diplomacy (probably correct).

Maybe you could add a hint somewhere, that you need the "file per chapter" download option? The "single file" is just the just the adventure without sheets or maps...

Yes. It seems only the Pawns were touched but the errors in the Pregens or the booklet were not.

As this is a recurring problem (at the least since Highhelm), is it really that difficult to find the cause?

From skimming IT, two things I noticed:

In the Hero's Handbook page 64 Helping Someone, the Aid DC ist still 20 instead of 15.

On Kyra's Charactersheet the Box of the Deception still is ticked, but the proficiency bonus is at the Diplomacy skill, which I guess is the intended one.

Probably a bit late and also a question in vain, but could the Day Zero Errata be incorporated into the PDFs on official release?

Fragile grace could be +Cha or -Str, the "immense talent and knowledge" line is about how others see Elves, and honestly, we're in the "all X are Y" stereotype territory which is what Paizo likely wanted to ditch.

That guy above with his rant about supposedly universal American traits, is a great example of why this kind of stuff belongs in the trashcan.

While I did not follow or see that discussion, I still (mechanically) believe saying "the average Elf is..." is very much not comparable to "all US Americans are...".

But that is just me.

There's no need to. Literally nothing in the "Physical Description" of Elves suggests they are frailer than other ancestries, or of Fetchlings that they are in some way more dexterous.

Elves

elves possess a fragile grace -> - Con, + Dex
grace, sharp intellect -> + Dex, + Int
with immense talent and knowledge -> + Int

The attributes were once based on these descriptions.
Thus my question whether there still is some correlation or practically irrelevant.

As the ability score adjustments used to be a mechanical representation of the (formerly) racial descriptions, are you now also planning on rewriting those ancestry desriptions?
Should they not just focus on the optics now?
Or are those from now on truly disconnected?

How do The Fighting off Corruption boons work? Do I gain a corruption (corresponding to the boon) as per Horror Adventures, where I get a Manifestation and a Stain each level while working to have the stain resolved to get the completion benefit? Or do I only get the completed bonus once the three steps are done? I know that corruptions aren't normally allowed in PFS but was wondering if these boons modified that?
