A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for levels 12–18 (Subtiers 12–13, 14–15, and 17–18).
The Whispering Tyrant has arisen, and war once again looms at Absalom's doorstep. Yet with most Pathfinders far to the north neutralizing the Tyrant's secret weapon, the Grand Lodge is understaffed and vulnerable. Now that the PCs have identified the threat Grandmaster Torch poses, they are among the few capable of entering the Grand Lodge's most restricted reaches, averting disaster, and changing the face of the Pathfinder Society forever.
"Who Wears the Mask" is the second and final seeker-level adventure in the "Passing the Torch" series that concludes Season 10, and these adventures take place in parallel with the events of Pathfinder Society Special #10-98: Siege of Gallowspire. This adventure is preceded by Pathfinder Society Scenario #10-22: Passing the Torch, Part 1: Who Wears the Mask. These two scenarios are intended to be played in order.
I played this at tier 17-18, hard mode, with 5 players. I ran it at tier 17-18, four player adjust, no hard mode. I am due to run it again a couple of times in the next month.
Thhis is an excellent scenario and a great ending to the 1e campaign bringing the Pathfinders back to protect its home. I highly recommend playing it, along with Part 1, you will not be disappointed.
For GM's, this adventure contains many high level enemies with various different class levels. It needs a lot of prep to get the most out of it and there are a few editing errors. I strongly reocmmend taking plenty of time to prepare it and checking out the GM thread on the forums. There are a lot of complicated moving parts to the opposition here which is appropriate given the level but it does mean you need to take the time to prep it properly.
Does this act like ol 1-7s, where 16s cant play with the 12-13 teir, and bottom and top tiers dont mix?
There are quite a few questions about that on the Passing the Torch pt.1 page. At the very least, however, everyone can play in the 14-15 subtier, if you have a suitable mix.
Just pinging this thread again -- window is closing fast on ordering flip mats, minis, and making props for this epic finale to Season 10 in time for GenCon. I'd love to do this scenario justice at GenCon and if it'd be possible to get a flip mat list and a mini list of what's needed to run 10-23, that'd be hugely appreciated!
Still shows as unavailable on GenCon day 1 - the PFS2 stuff dropped, maybe this got missed? We have a bunch of tables of this in the next few weeks, is anyone with this able to DM me a miniatures list?

They haven't technically dropped. It's site oops that's letting people buy PDFs.

For this adventure and for any product for which you have insights and opinions, I strongly recommend writing a review!
And as a usual note, be sure to copy the text of any longer reviews before posting, as the website occasionally "eats" reviews. Copying the text first means you can paste it in and try again in that unlikely circumstance.
Hello team! I cant make it to gencon or gaming shops that run these scineros. Will 10-98 Siege of Gallowspire be made available for thos of us that cant attend these events? I would love to adapt it for my home gaming group.
