GOOD:
The sculpt of the Earth Elemental is great.
The paintjob of the Water Elemental is pretty cool with silouettes of drowning people and submerged debris painted on the inside of the see-through body.

BAD:
The paintjob of the Earth Elemental is totally different from the Earth Elementals that came before. It looks like a different kind of creature.

UGLY:
The sculpt of the Water Elemental is horribly out of place. Let's be clear, i have no problems with naked or sexy minis, but the boobs and strange face seem just wrong on an elemental.
It looks more like a creature from the Cthulhu Mythos and would be okay for such a setting, if painted differently.

Guess the designer is trying to be gender-balanced. :-/ I didn't think elementals had genders, and this is the only reason why I'm not buying this set.

Like the other Huge elementals, these miniatures are based on the elemental art from Mythic Adventures. And trust me, we were just as confused about the water elemental then.

I'm really not pleased about it either. It makes a hopefully-threatening foe just seem silly, and is likely to cause comments unrelated to the in-game situation.

It's still pretty intimidating, and I can't really say that an amorphous being can't display whatever it wants. Just don't get why it would want to display like that...

I'm not crazy about the water elemental design, but the first two elemental lords from Maze of Death look amazing on the table. I can't wait to put them into play.

Not my favorites, either. The water elemental has boobs (already mentioned) and teny, tiny people inside. The earth elemental has a good pose, but it's light gray when all the other earth elementals we've gotten from Paizo/Wizkids have been dark gray to brown. Also, his crystals aren't shinny, like all the other Paizo earth elementals. :(
