Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber

How have others used these?

I'd like to just hand them out but they give out some secret information on the back. I'm still leaning towards handing them out because I think giving away a rare secret is worth the immersion of handing out the card - but maybe someone's thought of a way to have the cake and eat it too.

I never hand face cards out. I just use them for display when the PCs interact with specific NPCs. It definitely helps the players remember who is who by having a face in front of them to put to the name and personality.
