Although the flesh tones are an interesting choice that makes the mound of mouths even creepier, the paint job is muddy. The sculpt is actually pretty good but it is very small. Perhaps if it were scaled up slightly it would look better.

While the sculpt is decent, the colors are "meh", and the size is terrible...no one is afraid of a halfling-sized horror.
