Try again in a bit. It's working on our test server, but there may be some time for it to catch up to live servers. (Also try logging out and back into the site.)
I logged out and back in, and it showed as available. But I can't place an order for it. When I click on Place My Order, it just keeps taking me back to the order confirmation screen.

The same is true here. I'd like to get my order placed in time to ship with this month's subscriptions...

I managed to order a few. I didn't ship them with my subscriptions though, so perhaps that's the issue?
That could be. Let me try that. It was probably going to slow down my shipment anyway. ^_^
I don't think it should, but I generally don't bundle 'odd' items with my subscriptions any longer either - I've broken things once too often..
