Humble Bundle Physical Tier Not Showing

I've redeemed the Starfinder Physical Tier as follows:

I am not seeing an option to pay the shipping and set up the order for the physical rewards.

I recently purchased the 50 dollar Humble Bundle for Starfinder that included the physical copies of the pact world book and the starter set. I have redeemed all my codes on paizo's website, but am not seeing any option to place the order for the physical items.
On the My Partner Redemptions page (https://paizo.com/paizo/account/redemptions) I only see the option to order the Pathfinder 2nd Edition physical book that I got through Humble last year. No place to click and order the Starfinder items I paid for.

Thanks for the response.

Apologies if it wasn't clear, but yes I am going to redemptions under my account settings and the most recent one is Order 36481436 (from a previous humble bundle for PF2e bestiary). There is nothing showing for the $50 tier starfinder bundle to pay for shipping - the same issue as Novelcat.

I encountered this same issue as well since I had redeemed a physical book in the past. When you start clicking on the 1,2,3 buttons, the Starfinder Beginner's Box will then be seen as the order. The presentation is really confusing, so hopefully Paizo can improve this in the future. Hope this helps the posters in the thread.
