I encountered this same issue as well since I had redeemed a physical book in the past. When you start clicking on the 1,2,3 buttons, the Starfinder Beginner's Box will then be seen as the order. The presentation is really confusing, so hopefully Paizo can improve this in the future. Hope this helps the posters in the thread.
Yep, that was it. The UI is really lacking some intuitiveness. Case closed.

Yeah, that fixed the issue. This section of the website could really do with an update. Thank you.

Hello,

I have reached out by email and phone several times now with no response. My order has been in pending status since November when I changed my payment method. The payment is authorized, but the expiration date keeps expiring and then getting pushed back. Is the item on back order? Is there a problem with my card?
