Hey there, I just wanted to give you a heads up that my order did arrive but my card was not charged. Apparently there was a fraudulent charge a few days afterwards while the Paizo order was pending. I was in contact with the card company I explicitly let them know my Paizo order was expected and should be accepted while they cancelled the old card. They've sent me new cards already but I just got a letter saying the Paizo order was blocked.
Please re-submit the charge for this order as I know you guys would liked to get paid. I just recently purchased some pdfs to make sure the new card was working, plus I wanted to take advantage of the pdf sale :)

Thank you for letting us know. According to our card processor the card was successfully charged and processed on September 14. As far as I can tell the transaction looks good. Can you send a copy of the letter you got to customer.service@paizo.com so I can investigate further? (Please black out the non relevant personal information.)
