The boon is nice, and I really like that the Campaign is collecting data, but this is the part of the blog post that made me turn green with envy. I haven't even been able to get a table together for All for Immortality and you all get one run by the OPC? So jealous!

Living in Seattle has some nice perks. I will miss it when I move next summer.

A couple of weeks ago, in my home game with a certain PFS Venture-Captain as a player:

Player: "Oh, the enemies are all in the other room and the doorway is mostly blocked by a resilient sphere? Fireball!

Me: "Ok, make an attack roll to get the fireball through the narrow passage."

*player rolls a 1*

Player: "CURSE YOUR OBSCURE RULES KNOWLEDGE!"

Which obscure rule is this?

Any update on volunteers? Last email up was that there were some issues to resolve with the new method of organization, and that we'd know by end of March one way or the other.

Paizo employees are eligible to work as freelance authors on other product lines, which is how I've written for the Adventure Path, Campaign Setting, and Player Companion lines. I'd be willing to host a few folks at my place, about 10 min from the con, during the event. I've got a hide-a-bed, and a Lazyboy that I can provide blankets for. Beyond that, the floors are hardwood and not really the best for sleeping on.
