As in, doesn't he need to make them to fly as he is? DM: Figments do not work that way. :)
Figments cannot cause damage. Once the "flames" wash over the target, and they realize they have not been damaged, they auto save. Mechanically speaking, since they cannot be damaged, they are not required to drop "dead" if the "damage" would be enough to "kill" them. ;) ![]()
