The games I've run with it have gone splendidly. It definitely gets people into the role-playing aspect of RPGs, usually catching them off guard at the beginning (I loved the befuddled looks from experienced players). Players also get the feel for the different aspects that are in Pathfinder and what will be expected of a party especially in season 5.
The other thing I love about it is that the scenario can change between play-throughs. Unlike the start of this season's scenario The Glass River Rescue, when you make a different choice, something different happens. Not only does this keep it fresher for people replaying the scenario, it also helps the GMs who are running it from getting completely bored.
All around this is a great scenario and I've had fun running it.
