Thanks so much! I'll use the level 1 chronicle on this id= 2387887-2 PFC Appreciate the questions being answered!

So I played the Pregen Seelah for this, which was a lot of fun, thanks everyone! I'm wondering how I apply the credit to a character, and what the process is for that. This is only my third PFS game and I'm still a little sketchy on the details. :D

Per Gm instructions! I don't know if Seelah can see the quickling from where she's standing, so its a little more complicated. When visuals established with the quickling, Swift Action: Smite Evil 2/2 for the day. AC 25 vs the quickling. Power Attack, Smite Evil: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (9) + 11 = 20

Sounds good to me, thanks! Hey everyone, I can't get up there in my armor, anyone got any bright ideas for getting this stone quick? Seelah will abandon trying to climb the stone, and turn, looking for the little quickling. Where'd that little guy go? Ready action to attack if it comes close enough?
Female Human Paladin 4 | HP: 40/40 | AC: 22 FF:22 T: 10 | Fort: 9 Ref: 4 Will: 8| init: 0 | Perc: 1 , Kn (Rel) 7 | Move 20 |Aura of Courage 10', Det Evil at will,| Active Effects: Inspire Courage
Seelah simply picks up the lorestone, cradling it beneath her shield for the moment. Okay, I've got it! she says before briefly channeling Iomedae's power into her. The paladin will then cross to support prepare foe the quickling to come and attack her.. retrieve lorestone, swift action Lay on hands self, readied action: Attack Lay on Hands: 2d6 ⇒ (4, 3) = 7
Obviously if the quickling doesn't come attack then that's wasted

Seelah, hearing the lorestone make such noise, hustles to where the stone lay, eyes scanning everywhere for other threats, not already on fire. Kyra, can you get to Xuan and make sure he's still breathing? Hudor, that's great, keep it up! Iomedae be praised.

Seelah, seeing the quick footed opponent strike at Goldur and dance away, takes the fight to it, moving deliberately forward to engage it. Now you've done it you little murderer! We're going to put a stop to you! Seelah channels the power of Iomedae into herself, and fixes her divine wrath upon the small foe, chopping down with her magical longsword.
Power attack, Smite Evil, Inspire Courage: 1d20 + 1 + 3 - 2 + 8 ⇒ (9) + 1 + 3 - 2 + 8 = 19If the critter isn't evil its 3 lower

Seelah drops the longbow on the bank, and unslings her shield, stepping into the water, she grasps the rope in her right hand and forges ahead against the current of the river. Strength: 1d20 ⇒ 17 She slogs ahead, the water and mud pulling at her legs as she struggles toward the fey and the druid's circle. Double move 10'

Seelah will calmly walk down the bank to get a better shot at the crocodile, Well done Kyra and everyone, keep it up! She raises an arrow to her cheek, sights along it, and fire it into the crocodile, hoping to finish the beast off. Attack, Longbow: 1d20 + 5 + 1 - 4 ⇒ (11) + 5 + 1 - 4 = 13

Seeing the crocodile threatening Kyra, and Xuan's assault on it, Seelah takes aim once again, and fires another arrow into the fray. Iomedae, guide my hand! Attack: 1d20 + 6 - 4 ⇒ (7) + 6 - 4 = 9

Thanks forgot about that! Seelah, seeing the snake threatening Kyra, shifts focus, and aims an arrow at the one battling her. Kyra, watch out, arrow! As the Paladin sights along the shaft of the arrow and fires at the snake in melee. Arrow Attack: 1d20 + 6 - 4 ⇒ (8) + 6 - 4 = 10

Sorry I was mostly offline yesterday! Seelah steels her nerves, drawing her longbow, Watch for the snakes! and quickly firing an arrow at the closest snake which she can see from the bank. Longbow: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20

Hey there! I posted, assuming it'll take Seelah a max of 10 minutes to dearmor and re-armor (providing nothing else happens).
Female Human Paladin 4 | HP: 40/40 | AC: 22 FF:22 T: 10 | Fort: 9 Ref: 4 Will: 8| init: 0 | Perc: 1 , Kn (Rel) 7 | Move 20 |Aura of Courage 10', Det Evil at will,| Active Effects: Inspire Courage
Seelah watches in apprehension as the others try their hand at tumbling and jumping the logs crossing the river. Finally seeing Xuan cross with a rope, she feels relieved. Thanks Xuan, I'm not sure I could have made that even without my armor on. Seelah finishes removing her armor, and bundles it over her head. Grasping the rope Xuan tied she begins to wade across, keeping an eye out for anyone who may have struggled crossing themselves. Strength check DC5: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12 Crossing the river, Seelah begins to re-armor herself, Thanks again Xuan, being agile is not my strong suit. the paladin grins. Trust a druid's grove to be almost inaccessible by any means. she lightheartedly shakes her head, and begins the laborious process of re-armoring. Duath, do you mind helping squire for my armor? I cannot reach all the back buckles on this, and it will go a lot faster with help.she asks the elf, while adjusting her greaves first. This assumes no catastrope occurs in crossing for the other party members, I'll change actions depending on how they do. I'll be at AC:10 for 4 minutes unless something else happens, provided Duath can help rearmor Seelah

Seelah looks over the makeshift bridge and idly taps her armor, I don't know about this... Duath, what do you think? She asks the elf. Kyra wrote: Perhaps we could shoot an arrow across with a rope first? Act as a guide...or someone can swim across with a rope..so if they get into trouble, we can pull them back... That's a good idea Kyra, I'm going to have to pull off my armor it looks like anyway to get over there, unless we can think of some other way? Seelah glances between the others to see if any bright ideas are forthcoming before she discards her armor for this endeavor.

Seelah nods to the gnomes, Thank you for the directions Boomroppel; it is a big help to us in finding this Cyflymder. We'll put a stop to his depredations and avenge poor old Hemzel. Armed with the directions, Seelah seems content to head out.

Seelah holds her arms wide in a non-threatening way, Greetings, My name is Seelah, and these are my companions. We have come to speak with Hemzel, but we arrived to find he'd been slain by the fey Cyflymder's minions. We seek to stop Cyflymder, who is heading for a druidic ring to the north, do you know of this place? Can you tell us how to get there that we can bring this murderous fey to justice and complete our mission? Seelah speaks openly and forthrightly to the approaching party of gnomes. Seelah shakes her head in the negative, If the journal says it is a few hours to the north, shouldn't we be heading in that direction if this fey wants to destroy it?

Seelah will scan the room for additional fires, but seeing that Xuan and Goldur are working to put them out and maybe get it under control, she stays with Kyra, longsword at the ready should the fey creature attack again. Duath, well done there. You are a good shot for certain!

Seeing the Oread's plight, Seelah redoubles her efforts against the fey creature, calling out, Kyra, can you help Xuan? while spinning her sword arm into a devastating downward chop at the creature's leg. Power Attack: 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 7 + 1 = 15

Seelah slides forward, armored feet eliciting a grinding noise from the wooden floor, interposing herself between Xuan and the fey creature. Can someone get Hudor awake? she asks, as she snaps her sword forward over her shield, attempting to inflict damage on the opposite shoulder from the arrow. Attack: 1d20 + 9 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 9 + 1 = 13

Seelah, mild frustration tinting her voice, Goldur, keep up the good song! her eyes flick toward the suddenly appearing fey creature, realizing too late its casting a spell in her direction. Will Save: 1d20 + 8 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 8 + 1 = 22 Her eyes feel heavy for an instant, and Goldur's song cuts through the drowsiness, and the light of Iomedae strengthens the paladin's resolve. Easily sidestepping the fey's clumsy swing, and with more focus than in the previous seconds, she launches a crosscut at the unbalanced fey's head,
her perfect momentum carries her forward, drawing even with the creature, and poised to deflect its next attack with her shield. She blinks the smoke from her eyes and readies herself. attack, 5 foot step. Should now be threatening both fey in case one wants to cast a spell.

Sense Motive: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (20) + 8 = 28 Does heritage to you just mean a thing? Or is it more than that? Is it your family, and pride in what your people have done. Is that pride something which can just be taken away? Hemzel probably did not deserve any violence, any more than your brother deserved to die. I weep for the loss of life here, but through talking we can work this out I'm certain. And Cyflymder can negotiate with us if he wants us to leave, and I'm sure he could have talked to Hemzel as well. The paladin tries her best to talk the small fey out of any confrontation and win them over to the party's side. Diplomacy: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (8) + 10 = 18

Greetings Gire, the paladin begins, while sheathing her sword very slowly, My name is Seelah, I'll let my companions introduce themselves, she waves a gauntleted hand toward the party, hopefully so they speak up and continue to de-escalate the situation. We've come a long way to meet Hemzel, but that's secondary. What do you need, friend Gire? Can we help you in some way? Thank you for releasing us, that was quite an impressive trick, I must say[b] The Paladin smiles, brushing her braids once again back behind her ears. Seelah is bound by the entangling roots, vines snaring around her armored legs. We are trying to say, we're just here to talk! We merely wish to speak with Hemzel. Quieter to her comradesI do not know what that thing is, but my patience with this may begin to wear thin. I don't know if we can talk our way into that hut. We come here in peace, we seek a meeting with Hemzel! To all of our benefit! Call off your rats that we may parlay and aid each other this eve! We defend ourselves, but wish no harm upon you or those within this place! Ours is a mission of mercy! I know you do not wish harm upon the innocent! Works for me, I was even just thinking Aid another I would love to hear some stories! It can be hard pulling together a group who hasn't worked together in the past to gel and form a solid team. Luckily, we're all Pathfinders so we've got that going for us. A little bit about me, I serve Iomedae as a warrior. I prefer to deal with demonic threats which the world faces, but am willing and able to help in whatever way I can. The paladin shares. I work to accept all goodly people as Iomedae commands, and to aid those who need help in making the 'right' choices in life as much as possible. I see it as my calling to aid those who cannot aid themselves and to uphold my faith at all times. she finishes. The thing I like the best about being a Pathfinder is that I have the opportunity to travel to many different places, and meet many different people everywhere. These dense forests are like nothing in my homeland, but are, in their own way, very beautifully different. Goldur said wrote: "There is a certain magic in helping a friend. And you might say that magic is my specialty." Smiling at the dwarf, Seelah compliments him, It is good to have friends master Dwarf! with a smile.

Seelah adjusts her holy symbol and wipes the sweat from her brow, responding to the Oread, she confirms her ability to speak well in different situations. In service to Iomedae I have learned to speak diplomatically, and my experience has given me an edge to calming hostile feelings. +10 Diplomacy Hopefully this is an easy negotiation, but if he is already predisposed to not like us we could be in for quite the experience. Did anyone think to bring a gift for Hemzel? I did not in haste to depart. The Paladin asks over the clank of her armor, braids swinging in response to her powerful steps as she approaches the druid's home. Kyra and Goldur, do you want to help me convince this druid of our pleasant intention, or I can help either of you? Who starts and runs point on the dialogue isn't important, we just need to get him on our side. |
