There's a lot of really good ones, but my favorite in concept and how seamlessly it works is this guy, Tk-Chthik the Thrikreen Aegis/Psion (Transmogrifier) that wet into the Metamorph class.

The ultimate adaptable warrior, changing size and shape on a whim, grabbing immunities and resistances, large debuffs, different move speeds and much much more as the situation requires.

He's not really the best at anything (except possibly sheer survivability, cockroach style), but good at everything.

Also are we rolling our own Initiative? This game already moves at a sub-glacial pace, letting the GM roll it is probably faster. But ah well.

I like the idea of picking one of the Heralds and making a plan to go to his or her demesne, and then eliminating the Herald and retrieving an eye or two. (That'll be "fun" with the Lich and the cloud of crackling energy.)

I also still think it's a good idea to try to blame our attacks on someone else -- maybe Szuriel. Or, like I mentioned earlier, Abraxas.

He never looks around, and focuses directly ahead, just over the shoulder of "his mistress".

In reality, Tik sees everything. The entire area within over 40 yards is revealed to him in excruciating detail. He takes particular note of those carrying weapons or spell component pouches and holy symbols.

Quick and dirty entropy: Everything contributes to it. Every exchange of energy disperses heat, and entropy "increases". The chemical reactions that constitute life (the most easy to point out being the digestion of food) contribute to entropy. Unless I am wildly mistaken somehow, entropy cannot "travel in the opposite direction" at all, because entropy is just the ultimate conclusion of the second law of thermodynamics. Nothing can be 100% efficient. Things don't react without work, but work is produced by energy, but energy can't be produced without work, basically. So some energy is always lost in any reaction, thus contributing to entropy (Food fuels your body, but the mere act of procuring the food and eating it uses up some of the energy, which means some of the energy produced by the food was "wasted"). You contribute to the eventual heat death of the universe every time you light a fire, eat, or even BREATHE.
