"Yes, there's a pump system that needs a great deal of repair. The city inspectors are in the right, for once. But the system of tunnels is pretty interesting. Quite frankly, King Zusgut, if you led tours down here--with tourists signing away liability--you might be able to raise funds to keep yourself above water quite quickly."

He draws Niccolo and Josef aside. "Hey. I don't know much about undead but if this guy had five hundred years to dig his way out and didn't, I assume some sort of powerful binding magic is keeping him in there. Or slowing his progress with that hole. And probably for a good reason."

He arches an eyebrow at Josef. "Can you, um, 'heal' him right through that hole?"

Taigan has never been very good at chess, but he sees a window of opportunity in a new diagonal. Taigan nimbly moves through his comrades to get a good line of sight for both opponents.

The kineticist concentrates, bringing the boomerang back toward him.

Taigan draws upon his gate to the Plane of Air, causing the currents to draw inward from their endless swirl, and then reach out to touch Granny, Clebsch, Amanita, and Josef!

Taigan raises an eyebrow as the bear? poppet? wobbles out under its own power. "xoo..." he says in Tian-La. "That's uh, a new one. Too bad I don't have a gate to the Plane of Fire."

He looks around, and generates a breeze across the goblins' cooking fires. Base Kinesis--is that allowable? Looks like no roll is necessary.

Taigan steps forward uncertainly, and clears his throat. He increases the spinning of his element around him, causing motes of dust and scraps of paper and fabric to whirl about him. "A poem," he says, "From the steppes, where I was born."

He bows formally to King Zusgut, and taps into his connection to the Plane of Air, creating a slight spiral of breeze about him, as he spreads his arms and hands to the level of his waist--in what he hopes is a non-threatening maneuver. The only goblin I know was that weird white-furred guy, he thinks. Don't they like fire? Seems kinda damp here.

A young Tian-La man in bluish felt jacket and comfortable pantaloons leans against a post, with a wry look to him. Worn silk peeks through his traveling clothes. "Taigan. Are we good?" He nods as if he has an answer. "Pleasure to meet you all."

The dubious looking Tian-La guy with the blue circle is Taigan. He's usually in the back, shooting air blasts.

Will you allow Taigan to turn on Channel Elements during Exploration? Within reason, of course--as the aura is visible, audible, tactile (people can feel the breeze around him), so he won't do it when entering a guarded city or when stealthing or something. It will, however, allow the party to "1.5 hustle" if they stay near him and move an extra half Stride.
