I'll just stick the inquisitor concept.
Who does he worship? Kiri-Jolith or Habbakuk would probably make the most sense, but as there is now a oracle application, I'm fine with just sticking with the inquisitor build. Ultimately, it's more about what fits the best thematically in the game.
Ya that would work. @Shalafi2412: If you would prefer, I have a similar ranged warpriest build I could do instead, if you want to have a legitimate divine caster. I kind of thought that the inquisitor build would work better, due to it being less God focused, but a warpriest imbued with divine purpose by the gods to help restore the elves to their homeland could work too. @Khyber Elessedil: How can you afford a +2 str composite longbow? Did I miss an increase to our starting gold? Because if we can get one, I totally want one too.
I'll throw my hat in the ring. I would like to offer Pellarin Rathenas, Silvanesti inquisitor(Ravener Hunter, Sanctified Slayer) for consideration. Full crunch can be found in the profile. In terms of where his magic comes from, the RH archetype doesn't use a domain, but instead gets an oracle mystery (I chose wood). So I guess it would make the most sense if it was a form of mysticism, probably the animism sphere. I'd like to think that he obtained his powers through returning more to the old ways, the devotion to the forest and other living things, if that makes sense. Brief character sketch:
Pellarin lost most of those he cared for during the war. He carries with him the guilt of failing to protect his people without having the honor to have died in the attempt. He has little interest in helping to rebuild a new nation, but would rather see his homeland liberated and the minotaur occupiers expelled. He is driven to find any means that might help his people reclaim their former glory. Haunted by loss, this goal is all that keeps him going these days.
