Your free PDF unlocks discounts through Paizo Connect at participating Paizo licensed partners, such as Demiplane, Hero Lab, Fantasy Grounds, and Roll20.
By starting a Pathfinder Pocket Edition Rulebooks subscription, each release will be automatically bundled with any other Paizo subscription items you're subscribed to that are releasing in the same month. When you start a new subscription, any existing preorders for products covered by that subscription are automatically canceled (or have their quantity reduced by one if you've preordered more than one of an item). Will PDFs be sent when the hardcover edition of each book releases?

The PDF from the subscription get added to your account when the item ships, not the hardcover release. I presume that PDF file would be available for purchase following the street date of the hardcover release, but it wouldn't be added to your account unless you're also subscribed to the main hardcover subscription.
Okay, I've always been confused by Pathfinder's subscriptions. I signed up for the Pocket Edition subscription back on April 6th, and I have a couple of questions:
(1) Guns and Gears dhows in my Sidecart, but oddly didn't ship. Why not? (TO BE CLEAR, I'm okay with this, and even wrote to Customer Service and said it would be fine if it shipped with NPC Core.)
(2) NPC Core isn't on my To Be Shipped list! Guns and Gears is, and Treasure Vault is. Even Battlecry is (for the future). But NPC Core is not.
