I think it means that the dc depends on the trenchmists constitution, so the dc should be 10+hd+con oder 10+hd/2+con.there are monster with abilities that depend on charisma using tje same language and you can't make a charisma safe (as far as i am aware).ps Lillie'sbow is magical .
