Krazok walks in the front of the group, his bronze scales shining as well as his mithril breastplate. In his claws is a bloody large war axe as if straight from battle. He kneels with the rest of you laying the axe on the ground.

Krazok agrees with most of the information, "Yes taking a knee instead of bowing would be the route to go. Now if you are in a dress a curtsy is plenty. You should gaze upon his majesty and glory. Zaidel does return after 4 hours. Krazok then heads off toward the palace. Stopping off at the armory. There he asks Jean to take over. It gives the group plenty of time to prepare themselves.

Krazok tells the group, "A night audience with the ancestor... Late dinner will be served at the audience."

Krazok stops off at the armory, making sure everyone knows about the audience before sending you back in to the fort.

Krazok does wake up late about 1 in the afternoon. He walks out of his fort picks up the scepter and begins flying towards the palace. He would stop to let anyone in or out.

Soon enough he catches up to Jellena and lands.

He speaks with them a little... Jellena and Krysta.:
"How is your exercising going? Care to take a break so I can accelerate us getting to the palace?"

He nods at the mention of his arch and with a grinning smile adds, "Oh likely wonders you have not seen. It is a present from my ancestor. Yes you may go in. The green flames from the portal blaze as he steps out with his axe in hand. He looks around and states, "I missed a lot didn't I?"

After entering you find yourself in a hallway. As you go down the passageway green runes appear before you on the tiled floor. A voice states, "Welcome to Lord Krazok Vell Firesource's abode. You will find a room for each of you on this hall, either to your right or left. At the end you will find the library. From there many of the rooms can adjust to your needs just request a type of room and if one is available then directions will be provided. Oh you might be wondering, I am the intelligence that lives within the scepter."

It then continues, "The whole complex can be manipulated. I can create rooms for training, for magical item creation, for collection of herbal remedies, for alchemy, for smithing, for professions, for runes, for tattoos, for brewing, for nearly anything you can think of..." *The list goes on for a few minutes but these are the first and likely most important ones.*

Surprisingly you hear nothing at each of the doors and upon inspection inside you find a large room with a large bed, dresser, shelves, a table, a tub, drawers and such. Each room seems rather spartan, but each has a large roaring fire that keeps the rooms at a nice warm temperature.

The North Door at the end of the hallway leads to a library of sorts with shelves all around the room and tables in the center covered in books. A foray is set on one side with paper, ink, and quills about with what appears to be arcane research. With detect magic you can see that many of the books have magic on them which seems to be a low level of universal. Likely a preservation spell.

Rooms available:
Kitchen. Off to the right sounds of bubbling and falling water can be heard. There is a large curtain closed in the archway so you can't see water.

Gallery. Long table, mostly used for meals, paintings and displays.

Sparring Pit.

Magical item workshop.

Spice room. Collection of herbal remedies, drying ingrediants, and jars for pickling.

Alchemy lab. for brewing, alchemy, potion making.

Smithing Forge. Tools, armor, weapons, etc.

Training rooms for professions: Barrister, basketweaver, carpenter, cook, fletcher, and dancer.

Rune Smith Forge. For runes, tattoos.

He walked through and waited in the library if there was any other conversations before bed. As Jellena came in he states, "I can assist others but... I don't have any abilities or spells to assist others."

Next day at the break of dawn, you can find Krazok already hard at work. He is in but some short shorts.

She begins her workout Daily Quest at 3:30 am:

Seeing Jellena pour 10 gallons over herself he states, "That is hot! Wait that seems refreshing mind hitting me with it?"

After Jellena asks the veterans he suggests, "A light fair would be good. Then we can work them out."

He sets his scepter in the ground. Its green flame grows quickly. Once the flames reach a height of ten feet the flames quickly die down leaving behind a stone arch with a portal of green flames in it. Some of the flames cling to the sides of the arch. Krazok steps in through the archway and is gone.

Krazok finally gets free of the canvas and the stakes. He huffs and puffs and walks over to Jellena to ask her, "You got any healing, this wound is cauterized but... yeah..."

After being blessed by the hex he takes a few steps back... "Uh wow. Thank you! I think that tops me off."

Krazok flies forward to catch up with Jellena.

"Sure, sounds good." He replies before helping her on. Soon they are in the air and flying towards the forest. Flying along the edge until they see lights or structures.

I fly over to the central tent and let Jellena go in first. At the sound of battle I will cloak my wings and drop into the tent.

Ambush tactics:

Hearing the drawing of the weapons his readied action takes place and he drops into the tent as well making a much bigger hole. He on the other hand lands on a pole, skewering himself and his feet get tangled in the fabric.

He simply states, "I think we should call it a day, get plenty of rest and handle the goblins tomorrow morning just after dawn. Jean is that the encampment over there?" He points over to the forest seeing something he thinks. Jean knows it is not. By foot likely another hour or two.

He also relays what the counselor said, "There is the Goblin Forest with a new edifice. We need the edifice burnt and demolished.

Corrupted treants, red caps, assassin vines, and willowisps are but a few of the threats.

As the huge Axebeak approaches and quickly nuzzles him with its beak, he replies in a voice you might speak to a baby or pet, "This here is Talon! One of my longest allies. I actually found a nest and raised him myself."

Krazok turns and looks at Zaidel holding Lucy, surrounded by her Pa and John. He looks back at the minotaur and asks some questions in Giant, the minotaur responds positively. He points at Ramie and continues.

The minotaur slows Krazok down and tries to answer each question.

Giant:
Krazok, What does your family call you? Why do you live in the forest? It seems you are a kind hearted individual would you like to be welcomed into the Golden Glade? The woman with the purple hair would like to thank you for taking care of the girl. Lucy is her name. They all thank you. Ramie is sorry for barging into your house. She is offering to smoke the pork with you if you would like that.

The minotaur, "I have no family and no name. I just am. It is where I have lived. My mother raised me there. Dad was captured and taken away. Would I be welcome? OK. The boar meat was eaten.

Krazok, Yew you would be welcome in my lands. You would get along with my militia. They are strong dragonkin, strong like you. Come along I will introduce you.

Krazok walks over with the minotaur and states, He is a nameless orphan and has been living in the forest. He just wanted to help the girl but didn't knew where she lived. I will take him with me to join the militia unless someone wants to take charge of him."

A few minutes pass and he lands 50 feet from those assembled dropping his axe into the ground. He walks up to the minotaur empty handed speaking in giant. The minotaur speaks back and takes a step back.

Giant:
"Hail friend, sorry they couldn't speak Giant. You know me, yes?"

Minotaur, Uh, oh. That makes sense. Yes you are the protector of the Golden Glade. I meant no harm.

Krazok, "Tell me your story."

Minotaur, I was hunting in the forest. I found a boar and took it down. It was distracted and had hurt the girl. She was the unfortunate distraction. I took the boar and girl back home. There I made a poultice and sang to the girl. A while later they arrived. I wanted to make sure she got home to her family.

Krazok, "ok thank you let me relay that to the others."

He comes back to retell the story, "A boar attacked her. The minotaur killed the boar. She was hurt and likely out cold. He took care of her back at his lair. He just wants to make sure she is back with her family."

This ten foot regal monster of draconic heritage stands towering over the children. In his claws is a bloody large war axe as if straight from battle. His head is that of a dragon, as are his reddened bronze scales and claws. He flies with ease on his shiny bronze wings. A mithril breastplate covers his chest, with a belt of gear around his waist. There are straps which indicate either a harness or backpack. A glowing scepter of emerald green flames rests on his belt at his side.

He greets the children by wrapping his wings about them and laughs with them. Then he looks up at the half amethyst dragon before him with interest. He jerks his shoulders to the left and right making his wings seemingly fall upon him like a cloak. With a deep gravely voice he states, I am Lord Krazok Vell Firesource, it is good you have not feasted on the children." He gives you a wry toothy smile as some of the children kick his shins. He laughs and asks, "What business do you have in my lands?"

As Krystal likely will falter just as her landing failed he tries to approach from another angle. He calmly asks he seems like he cares and seeing your dirty form realizes you likely crashed, "Are you hurt? Are you from Earth? You just fell from the sky didn't you?"

Total defense doesn't work unless you have a weapon. Our present group should not have a problem with the goblins. Who will hang back with the newbies?"

Looking at Ramie he asks, "Are you a vegetarian too?"

He looks and speaks to Jean, "You may want to share the quest so that they can see it. Also who hasn't finished it yet today?"

The doorway is built for his physic making you each feel small stepping through. You see the half dragon go and greet a squad of dragonkin. After a bit of rough housing he tells them in Draconic, "I need some weapons and armor for my new initiates."

The others laugh but nod saying, "Whatever you want boss!" They then head out leaving the room to your group.

Krazok then asks, "What are your Dexterity scores? Oh and what weapon would you like?"
