With the assumption that the rest of the party is willing Grilgoth would like to smoke them out. She would set the whole mess of leaves, branches and clothing on fire with a standard alchemist fire bomb.
Leaves are actually a great way to make smoke. Back in the day when I was at camp in my much younger years camp staff were able to send actual smoke signals. The exact memory is a bit of a blur considering the substantial passage of time but it was fun. :)
