Gordy steps back to avoid the wrath of the fleshy construct before letting loose a stream of slimy seawater and dirt that turns into a puddle of slick mud.

Seeing the two gremlins appear behind the archers, Gordy darts back to strike one of them. He gathers energy to make a powerful water blast in the shape of a dwarven war axe.

Gordy does another upward blade rush and the Cap'n reels him in with the rope when he reappears, aiding if Kipp is still holding the rope.

Instead of climbing, Gordy grabs the rope and gathers the energy he needs to blade rush 30 feet straight into the air. As he begins to slowly drift back down, the Cap'n pulls the rope in as quickly as he can.

Gordy continues to use the kinetic energy in the cave around him to propel himself up, slowing his descent into the void. Seeing the rope come down towards him, he reaches his hand out as he launches himself towards the lifeline.

Gordy's elemental familiar wraps its serpentine body around the rope and helps pull the struggling dwarf back up onto the platform.

"Ha! Thank ye for the assistance! I was afraid ye might let ol' Gordy keep falling down this big ol' hole here and I weren't looking forward to be meeting whatever be living on the bottom down der."

As Gordy drifts down into the abyss, he uses his elemental blast to propel himself to the nearest rock outcropping.

Gordy can blade rush 30 feet in any direction per round, including straight up. If he can use this to get close enough to grab onto something, he will. This can at least slow his falling down to a mere 30 feet per round.

"Dang stupid rocks. I wants water! Rocks be impossible to shape." Gordy curses under his breath in Dwarven as a stalagmite drifts towards him.

Hmmmm...I could always shape me water into whatever I wanted, but at the end a tha day it was always just water.

Gordy concentrates, pulling in extra energy in order to chisel away flecks of stone until the rock has one jaggedly sharp edge, then flings it towards the topiary spider.

Fey creatures are usually ID'd with Nature, which Gordy does have. Sadly, he is not trained in Knowledge Planes. Maybe he should have sent the Cap'n to scout instead.

That's just enough money to buy a level 2 wand, but I can't think of anything I want to have and I couldn't use it if I did. Probably just going to hold on to that extra money. Not sure what I'm going to get with my level 7 feat. Something boring like Iron Will or Improved Initiative, or picking up another Kineticist power? Choices, choices, choices.
