Hi! Every Christmas, I hang up my Paizo holiday cards that I have gotten over the years. Its bugs my wife, but I love them and the great atmosphere they bring.
Sadly, last year you didn't send out physical cards. I printed out your holiday image on cardstock, but it isn't the same as an official Paizo card.
Will you PLEASE be returning to physical holiday cards this year? I haven't been good, and I'm sure I'm on the naughty goblin list, but I really love and miss those cards.

CANCEL MY PATHFINDER BATTLES MINIS CASE SUBSCRIPTION

This has moved beyond ridiculous, to completely criminal! Covid or no covid, there should be a way to cancel our subscriptions. You still manage to take our money and ship the products, so you should be able to easily cancel subscriptions. I posted WEEKS ago to cancel my subscriptions, as have MANY other customers, with ZERO response so far. Now today, weeks after requesting to cancel my subscriptions, I just got charged $65 for subscriptions that I don't even want. This has gone far beyond bad customer service and into criminal negligence/theft. I can't afford this $65 charge, it is literally taking money away from feeding my family. I think all of your customers who are being unlawfully charged need to get together and form a lawsuit. EVERY other company I've ever had a subscription with, has a way to manually cancel the subscription, but you give us no way to do so, then ignore us when we request cancellation. Criminals!!!


Please cancel my map subscription!


Hello. When I initially began my P.F. battle map subscription, it was with the description of approximately one map per month, also much cheaper back then. As time has gone by it has become more likely to get around two maps per month. This month I have been charged for 3 maps, with little to no warning before charging and shipping. So that's going from what was once around $20 per month, to now over $70 per month. Will the high rate of shipping maps continue like this, or are you going to calm back down to closer to one map per month. If this high rate continues, there's just no way that I can afford over $70 per month, especially with very little to no warning. Please advise so that I can decide on whether to continue my subscription, or to cancel it. Thank you.


Hello. I got an email for my case subscription, saying my total is $418 for 1 item.
This is what I'm being charged:

But others are getting charged a total of $297, with their CASE AND SHIPPING costing far less.

So why am I being charged over $100 more than other customers!?


First let me say that normally Paizo staff members are amazing, patient, and polite people with second to none customer service. So this one rude person is an extreme oddity. But this rare exception was an extremely rude exception. I don't know his name, but he was a skinny guy with long dark hair that was working the game token prize booth. When I took my tokens from my various games up to the booth on Saturday evening, he asked "Starfinder or Pathfinder" in a slightly annoyed tone, but at this point, oh well no biggie, maybe he's had a long day? I was taking just a few seconds to decide, because normally I pick Pathfinder, but since I'm switching to second edition I was probably going to go with Starfinder this time. Apparently me taking literally just a few seconds to think was unacceptable to him, because he almost instantly barked, "STARFINDER OR PATHFINDER?!" in a angry tone of voice. I started to become confused and flustered by his surprisingly hostile attitude, so I looked to my left at the Pathfinder and Starfinder prize options. Well this really made him mad, to which he once more barked almost yelling, "NO! DON'T LOOK OVER THERE! LOOK OVER HERE!". At this point my mindset had switched to angry from being so disrespectfully talked (more like yelled) down to. I'm a combat veteran with some minor ptsd issues, and had to use my mental processing abilities to focus on staying calm and not doing something that would have ruined his day and gotten me in trouble. I should have just taken my tokens back, walked away, and come back later when he wasn't there, maybe I should have reported him at that time. But like I said, I was using all of my focus on staying calm and not letting him trigger a reaction from me. So against what I was originally thinking of going with Starfinder, I stupidly said "Pathfinder", at which point the other guy sitting next to him handed me some Pathfinder boons. I then walked away to work on calming down from this hostile interaction, of what should have been a pleasant and fun token reward experience. I later talked to other people I had come to Gen Con with, and some people I had played with and they said that they had similar experiences with him, all agreeing that he was an unnecessarily rude jerk. Had this been an interaction at some other business or event, it may not of been so upsetting, but I've become accustomed to outstanding and polite interactions from Paizo staff and its events, so this was very disheartening. I have spent thousands of dollars on Paizo products and events, and countless hours on them as well. I don't expect any special treatment for this, but I would expect fair and polite treatment, as I do from almost all other Paizo staff and events. This interaction really put a negative feeling on what had so far been a very enjoyable and relaxing weekend of gaming. I'm sorry if the guy was just having a bad day, but it doesn't excuse the way he treated myself and other Paizo fans and customers.

Does anyone know of a good mini to use for the skittermanders, in the Skitter Shot module?


This is the only mini that I didn't get in my case. Normally I get a complete set, but some reason she wasn't in the case. So I had to order a single of her. I'll wait to leave a review until I have this mini in my hand.

Hello, I'm not sure how, but with this order I never received the Dungeon Perils expansion. I thought everything was scanned, so I'm not sure how it happened, but it wasn't issued or placed in my bag with the other items in the order. I'm sorry that I'm just now contacting you about this, but I got very sick from Gen Con and was hospitalized for a bit, I'm only just now getting back to 100%. So between my health and the Paizo site being down often, I'm just now getting around to this. Thank you for your time.


Can I have order Order 5268509 added to my Gen Con pickup of my other subscriptions, or can you can you only add subscription items?


Hi, I was trying to order a box of iconics and some singles from the Jungle set. My miniature subscription discount did apply to the iconic box, but didn't apply to the Jungle singles. Please fix, there's one a want to order really bad, before it sells out, because it is my favorite in the set, but the one that came with my case has a messed up paint job.


Why didn't I receive my case incentive Hydra, with my case? Every time in the past, my case incentive arrived with my case, but now I've received my case and my case incentive hasn't even shipped. Is there a problem?!


Is anyone missing maps from their downloads. I own a ton of maps, most of which I have got as a subscriber, and even though I have the physical version, it looks like many of my maps have disappeared from my downloads. Maybe I'm just crazy, but I'm sure I owned the PDFs of many that aren't there anymore.

Is there any chance you will put the Gen Con buttons for sale? I missed the Space Goblin button :( the one I wanted the most. I either got food poisoning from Panda House, or sick because a stranger on the Gate Ten shuttle puked on me, and had to completely miss Saturday of Gen Con, even had to skip my Pathinfinder Society game :( . So if you have any left over Space Goblins, I'd gladly pay for one or more :) !


Hi, maybe somebody can help me. Sorry if this is common knowledge. My gaming group and I attend Gencon every year and play many Pathfinder Society games. This year we are sacrificing one of them to play this Starfinder scenario.

My questions are, will there be pregens available for this game, or if not how can we show up ready to play, since we can't buy the player's guide yet? Does anyone have any advice for people like us who haven't played, as to how to show up at the table with character sheets ready to go and a basic knowledge of the game mechanics? I'm really hoping they will make a high quality beginner's box in the near future, like the one for Pathfinder.


Anyone giving a negative rating on this based on it's "backward" hands needs to go read some monster manuals. Rakshasa have had hands like that since early D&D and probably before. They bug me too, but it is the way they are supposed to be. I have cut the hands off of every Rakshasa mini I have and put them back on the human way, even though it makes them inaccurate.


Order #4143455 has shown on tracking as being in processing from UPS to USPS, since Dec 17th. When I call, UPS says they gave it to USPS, and USPS says they don't have anything showing that they received it. This happens a LOT and it's always because USPS loses it. Most times, it never shows up at all and a couple of times it has shown up six months later, with no explanation.


I love collecting each year's Christmas card, they are great. Unfortunately, my wife during a holiday cleaning spree, threw out all of our old Christmas cards. I still have this year's, but is there anyway for me to get new ones for all of the previous years? I'm more than willing to pay a fair price, to get my collection back and to keep it out of her card tossing hands. Please and thank you!!!

If there are going to be exclusives/promos at Gen Con this year, can we get a list of of what they are and what we need to spend/do to acquire them? I know Paizo likes to keep things a surprise, but I hate when I go to Gen Con and the Paizo staff is closed mouth about how to get promos and then when I get home I find out that I missed out. I prefer clarity over surprise any day. Please and thank you!


So my gaming group and I have played D&D 2nd edition together for many years. We just switched to Pathfinder this past year. We are starting off our Pathfinder adventures with myself GMing the Dragon's Demand "module". One of our players is a complete rules nazi (when it benefits him). Every time we encounter an enemy mob, he wants to use knowledge checks to gain knowledge of the creature (which I'm cool with), but seems to think that with a high enough knowledge check, that I should reveal practically everything the monster manual says about them. In my opinion, if they start off with too much info about new monsters, it takes a lot of the fun out of it for them and makes it harder for me to offer them a challenge. Any opinions or advice? Should I just let him have his way, or should I resist him trying to be all knowing? Is there an answer to this situation in the rules somewhere I don't know about?


Nobody but me seems to be complaining about the boot being painted wrong. Am I missing something? Is it supposed to be mispainted? All three of mine and all others I have seen have both boots painted different colors, making me wonder if it was meant to look silly like this. I personally painted mine to have both boots black, within 10 minutes of opening them, my ocd just can't handle the different boot colors. I also painted one to look like Bassy from Dragon's Demand.


Do I need to add the rusty dragon bar case incentive to my shopping cart or will it automatically ship with my case subscription? The bar incentive is not currently showing in my cart.


Any general idea when or if GenCon 2015 promo minis will be available for purchase? Days, weeks, months, never? I was able to get one of the awesome Red Dracolich minis at the booth, but my addiction would like to get its fix, with any other promos I might have missed. A girl that was playing one of our P.F.S. games with us had a beetle she said she got. I also wouldn't mind picking up a few more dracolichs, if you offer them for sale.

Getting my Gen Con shopping list together. Does anyone know what is the largest number that these are encountered in simultaneously in Pathfinder modules/campaigns? Given the rarity and price of these, I don't want to buy too many, but I want to make sure I have enough.


I mean this message with total respect, even if I sound disgruntled. Could we please be made aware CLEARLY what ALL the Gen Con promos will be AND how to obtain them? The past two years I have had the Paizo employees at the Paizo booth lie straight to my face about not having a promo. Example: last year after waiting for over an hour of my Gen Con day in the ridiculous Paizo line and then spending over $200 on Pathfinder merchandise, I was given the promo goblin. I then asked the lady (sorry I forget her name.) running the booth if there were any other promo minis to obtain and she looked right at me and told me that the goblin was the only promo. I know that was not true because after I finished my purchase I went to the side of the booth to grab a couple goblin masks for my kids and I could see under the counter on the shelf a box of individually wrapped red colored minis, I couldn't tell if they were the Hellfire Wisp or the Demon, but I could tell they weren't the goblins. I also played several games of Pathfinder Society and the only promos the people running the prizes would acknowledge was the goblin minimate. I LOVE Pathfinder and I LOVE Paizo, who's customer service is normally unbeatable, but when you have spent THOUSANDS of dollars on a company and then they tell you there aren't any other mini promos, even though you have seen a box of them right under their nose, it is very disheartening. Would it help them be more honest if I printout my purchase history and bring it to show how much I spend on Paizo/Pathfinder products? So this year can we PLEASE have full disclosure of promos and how to get them, to avoid feeling betrayed and disgruntled by dishonesty? On a more positive note, one of Paizo's main guys at the booth who was handing out buttons, represented the normal second to none customer service we are used to. When I told him that I had gone to the Munchkin Tavern and they didn't know what I was talking about when I asked for the goblin minimate promo, he gave me his card with his cell number on it and told me if I didn't get one the next time I checked the tavern, to call him and he would make sure he found one for me. That is the amazing customer service I am used to from Paizo, not the employees that lie to me at the booth.


Hopefully I'm posting this in the correct spot and don't get pulled over by the message board police. I have the Inner Sea Poster Map Folio, the HUGE one that is 4 posters big. I need the exact same map that is only one poster big or smaller, but can't seem to find one. The closest one I can find is the pullout from the Goblins comic hardcover collection, but it only has goblin tribes on it. I need the same towns, cities, and locations that the Inner Sea Folio has and I don't want to print a crappy image off of the internet. If Paizo makes the Inner Sea map in the size I'm looking for can somebody tell me which product has it in it? Thank you.


Can ANY elf use a weapon with the word "elven" in its name? Example: can a elf druid wield a Elven Curved Blade? This is probably common knowledge, but I have looked for a long time and can't find the answer.


I am a pathfinder battles case subscriber, the case shows set to ship in June. Why won't it let me add the premium dragon to my pre-order cart?


Aren't miniature subscribers supposed to get a discount on the iconics? Why did I get charged the full $29.99?

I have a question about gen con and can't seem to find the proper place to ask it, so I'll ask here and hope to not get a beating. Is there or will there be a list of gen con exclusive items (especially minis) and what we need to do to get them? I was pretty disheartened last year at gen con when I checked out with over $100 in merchandise and asked the nice blue haired guy working the register if there were any gen con exclusive items. He said no there weren't and then I found out later that you were supposed to get a free mini with any purchase over $50. I also found out there were other minis available. So a list of what will be there and how to get them would be awesome.


Having a low charisma score and lacking the aid of a goblin fire squad for intimidation, what tactic might be employed to convince my favorite brick and mortar tome merchant to stock such a ware?

So... during the last series there was some talk of future maps making some sort of comeback. Will we be seeing the return of maps in any of this series, or has all that future map talk come to end? I have really missed the maps, they made the first series my favorite comic series ever, because my son and I could read the comic and then have a mini adventure. He and I were both let down with the second series' lack of maps. Although it helped that it was pretty much the same as the adventure in the P.F. Starter box. Please bring back the mini maps or even a more expensive version that has the map, I will gladly pay a bit more if I get a mini adventure and mini map.


If I order this single mini straight from this site, is it going to look like the picture or is it going to be all messed up like the one that came in my sealed case?


I was at GenCon and didn't see this at the paizo booth. They also didn't give me my free mini when I spent $50. <cries uncontrollably into pillow>
