Do I need to add the rusty dragon bar case incentive to my shopping cart or will it automatically ship with my case subscription? The bar incentive is not currently showing in my cart.

The case incentive should be generated automatically when the order is created. When you receive your authorization email please look it over and if you do not see the case incentive let us know.
