Yet again, the fallacy that the bastard sword is a two-handed, bigger longsword is inherited from previous versions. It's the other way around.
At least the greatsword is starting to look more like a polearm, I was expecting reach on it tho.

Aren't hobgoblins more fitting as a core player race tho?

Personally, I cannot see how the goblin pests will fit in as adventurers in Golarion :p

I don't know. Feels underwhelming.
I think this was a missed opportunity to finally make rogues ... nice.
They need something like 'spend 2 actions to analyze and then strike the target, dealing sneak attack damage, regardless of positioning'. And NOT at high levels!

Transform one into 25k gold, use the other two to increase your Cha.

There's fun fluff, and there's garbage. The only redeeming they could get is if they get errata'd into at will abilities Sp.

The baroness reveals that her husband died poking in the tower years ago, if the players comment at the strain in her tone (when she tasks them to explore the tower). I skimmed several times thru the book and I don't think it's revealed exactly how. Probably big collapsing stones to the head. One of the mysteries that are probably left to the GM to improvise.

Yeah, I don't miss 3.5. There was huge incentive to multiclass (to create an even remotely viable char), plus a bajillion prestige classes - ranging from totally useless (not even for flavor sake) to borderline campaign-breaking. A bloat I never liked.

Mummy. Nasty AoE paralysis. Huge damage and curse on hit.

At some point, that 2-3 difference between your Str and Dex score becomes obsolete. Jump and power attack may circumstantially be way better than ranged attacks.

7Str 12Dex 11Con 11Int 10Wis 15Cha v3.5 Warlock. Poor gear, but untouchable by monsters by sheer luck. Lucky saves with "Dark One's Own Luck" invocation, never failed an important save, yet. Poor damage, but always hitting vs. touch.
The other players are terribly confused how is this even possible, she gets away with just about anything (also, bluff!). Compared to her, they got huge stats, hit points, AC, saves - and they keep getting the short end of the stick. And yes, everyone rolls in plain sight.

P.S.: Honorable mention: AM BARBARIAN/AM CLERIC gestalt or AM BARBARIAN/AM SUMMONER. But that's just stretching it.

Sunder/disintegrate the gear at every opportunity. Cut limbs. Rape the female characters. Do I really need to go on?

You really nerfed Mind Thrust. It's kinda' weaker than Magic Missile :/

Hello. Enjoyed lurking your thread on and off. A ton of useful information.
I have one curiosity. I'm not sure if this has been answered before.
Is there any chance for a 'Incarnum'-like conversion? Tho the system had it's fair share of problems (some would even say it was sub-par), I really enjoyed it's versatility.
Thank you!

I'd place my bet on paladins as opposed to full casters like wizard. They can really take some punishment while handing out painful justice. And ... at least you don't get killed by the neighbourhood dog at low levels.

Detect evil?

Uhm, I'm pretty sure evil peasants exist, w/o being lycanthropes.

Maybe also try a heal check to detect disease, since it's an affliction?
