One good option that can be used over and over whitout actually spoiling the PC build is illusion.
Basic battlefield combat tactic. Since the group will soon get a renown of spell casting, illusion as extra targets or expendable dummies, are easy countermesure. They do need to interact phisically or waste an action to be allowed a save to begin whit. Illusion can be replaced whit common animal such as dog or goblins or summoned monster.
Divine intervention and keep total control whitout incresing wealth. there was an old artartifact that auto resurect anyone attuned to it ( toutch it ) and on the same plane whitout limit to # of user. Whit the little knack it travel plane now and then never staying for long. Again you control it and no $ bonus and it can make an adventure by itself. Just remember this orb resurect ppls at its area whitout any gear at all.
Mess happen! Death is bread and butter of every adventurer. Sounds to me your group might be more inclined playing a different kind of adventure : city setting, social set up, political intrigue or not dangerous at first look underground of slauther. To the OP, scapegoat : 1 use item that heal your hp fully and get destroy when you die. And help them out in the dungeon fist : hireling, pet, ally, cohort, summoning, clever illusion, build tactic, diplomacy, stealth, ect. Most importantly RUN AWAY TODAY TO FIGHT ANOTHER DAY special divine power of epic lv. Obviously all those tricks can only be achieved by a high lv (35+) requirering long and sleepless night min-maxer powergaming and exploiting every single typo in the crb. Nah! The lv 0 commoner whit 1 hp and 3 as highest ability can make use of it. Why go whit artifact-like ability magic item for free when the group havent come to simple every day strategy. Speak whit your group and see why they die in the first place. If the dice TPK then : MESS HAPPEN.!
Make clear and simple goals : kill X at Y for reward $. Have the BBEG be more evil than usual : take PC family hostage. Dont be afraid to use coertion vs PC : enchantment, intelligent items taking over, geas. Limit their options: describe only what you want them to see / do. Be pissed when they go on their own. Eldritch knight give extra boost for melee/range option when running out of spell. Arcane trickster take the trap monkey role while giving arcane support. Battle cleric or reach cleric are good option. Druids and summonner are monster. Magus and bard both serve their purpose. In short, i whould use a gish type character going on 2 stat focus build since 15 pb hurt MAD class.

Thats a bunch of weird ways, many dont make them fall (as take free dammage) but most can do the thing needed : land the damn thing. Dont be picky and share cursed item (lode stone).
Following on the tought its going, any spontaneous caster CAN increase their spell "known" by multiclassing and theurging ... REALLY? Common sense tell me divine and arcane DO NOT COME FROM THE SAME SOURCE! Divine : some entity give your spells. Arcane : you channelsome unknown energy called magic. Even the mechanic to access your spell is totally ddifferent. Divine: you pray for some effect you desire and *POUF!* here is your spell. Arcane: throught study or whatever mean you craft some energy into some effect. How you retain your spellcasting ability is totally different also. Divine: be the " slave" of XYZ and keep your mind or loose casting. Arcane : loose your sanity and you loose your casting or spellbook. Lastly : why the hell only and only specialised prestige class and to an extend some feat three actually DEAL whit mix and match different casting class WORDING SO, if any whould be multiclass spontaneous class could outdo that by lv 2?
How do you blast throught the best plating around? Use the biggest gun availble. Make it bigger if it fail. Now you already have most solutions avail. I ask : what is stopping you to use them? Afraid to kill a player? S+~+ happen! Raise dead is there for that ( and get some OTHER use for extra wealth given). Adventuring is a high risk job, death beiing part of it. The linear guild can help challenge them. Use the weather, environnement, trap, ect to the ennemy advantage. BBEG do get the pick on when and where to die. A note: cr seem to evolve poorly. Good vs unoptimised standard build but lame vs easy access to note and help from min-maxer throught the net.
Physical look is the domain of str, dex and con as well as player choice of desciption. Good sense of fashion fall more into cha. Have the group be seen as associate and of the same kind as those low cha machine, so the high cha social bard can shine as it turn the situation around.

If it turn out sour and the GM is stingy, its time to have a talk about where the game is going and what grand plan he has for your group. Your GM seem to be open in letting your group goes their way to some extend ( styrge) and can be forced to allow some contents he's not so thrilled about ( Oracle). Exploit his weakness whitout playing in his strenght ( fiat infernal healing). At best, pc and players alike will be able to make their own story ( has i think table top game should be played). At worst, you will develop the basic skill of gming. Always remember rpg rule #1: everyone have fun at the table.

As a secret weapon, since can be made whit gold, just hand it over to the BBEG and gain 11 free ac.
You're looking for power components in the base books. Design an adventure to discover intelligent items creation, list of components, special ritual crafting, ancien text of awakening your craft on the wall of a millenia tomb or everything the you can think of. Have every pc play a part in the creation of an intelligent item. The fighter blood of hair for martial proess. The cleric holy symbol to give it life. The favorite alchemist potion to temper the steel. A Sting of the bard guitare for charm. Then it whould be the little baby of the party and they all get bragging right for something or another. And players can take turn to roleplay the item, leaving you whit one less npc to control all the time.
Mercurial greatsword was my favorite exotic weapon back in 3. X i dont know if it made it to pf. Awsome dammage, insane critt (Broken in 3. 0), greater penalty if bbeg stole and used it against you and sheer cost of the weapon was something to speak of. Another favorite weapon is unharmed stike: most cheap and versatile weapon of the lot. Can trip, disharm, use a shield, doubble weapon, 0 weight, free and can even cast spells :)
Have a fair in town and work something around that. Or a ball, party, casino, ect. If not in town let them encounter say a rap vs break dance contest between skelton and zombies (a bard tale). Crash in a bunch or orcs betting on race. Goblin parties ought to be funny. Try the WOW approach. Investigation scénario can do the job. Dont kill the bad guy he have your mom hostage somewhere else. Still allowing plenty of kick in the door scenario. An evil commander took over your long friend army control ... plan A : kick the army butt all at once. Plan B :use your headache. Mission type as dont kill any living poeple but stop those necromancers from messing around. Or bring Mr x to justice WHIT proof. The ennemy of my ennemy is my friend line get some neet role play opportunity whit some roll play later on. Reward bonus if x non combat things succed. Have them deal whit cursed intelligent items ... really annoying to use IMO. in the end, what really count is everyone have fun at the table. Everything else can go second.
Exotic weapon profeciency ( large great club). There problem solved and its RAW whitin the field of the feat.

Be the next one writing a rule book ;-) Do remember to use a clan of oppenent whit same ability at some point to make your player have a place in your campain. Off the board option: large orc, half-giant race from mm, free ability, ect. Game wise its not over powerful as you can adjust encounter orn npc in town réactions (Shreck 1 ). But ur somehow "favoring" one player above the others and from that point, unless all players have same race or bonus, i am pretty certain that everything u will do to balance things out can turn sour. Remeber rpg rule #1:everyone have fun at the table.
@Snow_Tiger i so like ur avatar. Toon story as i grew whit it: we used to make our own rpg system based on dragon quest 1 and game alike. We draw most of our heros gear vilain and ect. It just went on as the year passed. It might be only a local expression. As for GOON : lawful stupid, and such pc. Come from " goof off" in my locale.
Here's the tought. All18 stats, lv 5 toon and 2 x wealth. You will be defending against hordes of humanoids a small town. So city setting many oppenent often in row. What character class, 2 or 3 key gear, spell or feat u want to rely on? I'd make a psichic warrior whit beefy armor and magic greatsword. I just like the sound of blood spilled at the tip of a huge sword and love the psionics since adnd (^_^) What about you?
Telekinesis : dead body, left over armor ( or shrinked) and you have a " golem " on the run (no save to disbelief or waste an action from the evil cleric as it try to command undead). Need something to do whit giant weapon, big boulder, ect. Throw them all in a single burst. Get ur familiar to grapple at safe distance. Moove a party member in/out of something. My own "dwarven thrower" LotR wise.
Shape change into something whit swallow whole LOL. Grease, gaseous form, etheralness, undead form III in a incorcoreal form, dimension door, plane shift, fire shield, mage grasping hand, the obvious freedom of moovement, shapeshifting to ooze or gelatinous cube, gate ( and make yourself a new friend if ever want to comeback), passwall, enter your own demi plane, elemental shape air elemental and wirlwind, Did i forgot something?
There is no spell that affect a creature whitout allowing a save a spell resistance or an atk roll. The no save part of fabricate is as long as it affect non attended object of non magical quality.Otherwise the spell allow save or just dont work. The latter is the base assumption since it target an illegal target.
The spell should fail outright use this way as it duplicate totally another spell and its an out of combat spell. Now if wall of stone is on the same spell lv as his class as fabricate is, it whould just duplicate the stone wall spell whit lesser effect. Still allow a réflex save on giant, since that is what other entrapping spells, traps and special ability offer.
