Zamp helps the party avoid the jagged shards in the eponymous cove, and sends electric arcs down into the deeps after sharks brush against the legs of the swimmers! He feints to help Helène punch them in the nose, driving them off.
At the docks, he assists Bardok in smoothing over negotiations with the bureaucrats and guards when they are almost exposed. He also bluffs his way out of a jam when Flitch almost blows their cover…
Below the rail of the Merry Mayfly he makes a rude gesture at the fascist city as the ship pulls out. I vow to never return to that place!

FWIW wrapping up this fast and in this way wasn't my ideal solution; I just wanted to try and finish before Gameday. I also want to again suggest the GM set expectations for style ahead of time (again, as you can see that there's a huge swath of player expectations and setting expectations may help you find a good fit).
Anyway, I'll get my post up later. Thanks for being understanding and working with the group! Your attention to detail in a complex scenario is extraordinary!

PbP Gamedays tend to run for around 2 months, and that's including specials; a 3.5-month special might have been due to a slower GM?
My own PbP scenarios tend to finish in about a month or less, but I am a faster-than-average PbP GM and will post multiple times a day when there's fun roleplay happening.
Everybody has their own pace and style, and it's good to note that on a GM expectations page since players' characters are effectively locked out of other games while they play with you — I'd consider doing that yourself, Rainzax. As you can see here, there is a variety of player expectations and opinions on what constitutes a good run time.
That said, it would be worthwhile to keep player plans in mind and try to wrap up before Gameday IX on September 1st.

No modifications to the plan. For the sake of time, I will second a vote to put the giant in a cart when the other ship leaves on the next day. I believe the consensus as the family + Astrid. The ones who don't fit on the raft will swim (probably Astrid and Daffrid or her husband).

The better the "fit" of the Skill / Check / Spell to the Description, the lower the DM sets the DC. Furthermore, you can earn a circumstance bonus to the check based on your Attention to Detail, scaled from +1 to +5.

I'm confused about the plan here. I thought this was day 3 and we're trying to get up to 5 people to Rolanna's Prayer (the boat in the secret cove).
We don't get to go to the docks with the rest until day 5.

Zamp smiles sadly at Xue. I agree; we should spend the night in the sewers with our clients. Unfortunately, we passed along a message for our client to meet us at the inn, and it seems they're ready to join — he shows his comrades the note — but I am worried our cover's blown. I'm very bothered by the killing we witnessed, and that we might be executed without trial like that person was if we're caught.

Ahh, I thought you were flavoring your gathering info in that way.
Well., I'm not one to nix a player's creative ideas. I just would like us to be able to help one another if we get into trouble, or be able to back each other up if we fail checks in a skill-centric scenario. Teamwork.
Perhaps the rest of the party can be in the general area outside gathering info while Rose is in there also gathering info.
This would allow Rose to do her thing but keep us functioning as one unit:

I'm not sure leaving them here is so bad. Themolin legally owns this warehouse and they were trespassing. Further, he said there isn't much chance the authorities will be here soon. I hope we're gone by the time they wake up.
Also, I'd rather work on crafting rafts at the inn than sitting in the sewers with the rats.

It seems traveling always can always take a couple of hours, so we risk missing curfew if we make 3 stops (inn to drop off the family, meeting, and back to the innputs us past curfew).
However, the inn seems like the most likely place to link back up with the full party, so let's do that anyway, keeping in mind that we should try to cut travel time as short as possible with this extra stop.

I think a good plan is to stow them at the Rockfish Inn. They might be able to find their way there?

It might be near time to meet our accountant friend and link up back up with the rest of our party? Generally, I would prefer Bardok and/or Imiriax to always navigate since they have a +9/+8 bonus respectively…
