Hiya guys,

I think there's been a very big mistake mine. Yesterday morning I opened a box which was my name and shipping information, but when I opened it the packing slip was for order a Mr.Bush, order #2754657.

What should we do in this case? I'm assuming that this other guy got his name on a box filled with my order (Order 2970559). I'm only in town for one more week so I hope we can get this figured out rather quickly, as I'll be back in Thailand until July at that point :/

Just a quick question regarding suspension or how long items are held in side carts. At some point very soon I will be slowing my purchases and keeping it primarily to AP volumes. Living overseas, I tend to just use the pdf and have the packages sent to my mom's house, where I pick them up during a visit home.

I'd be interested in possibly getting the AP charged monthly, but all held in side-cart or something until all six volumes release. With that, I can just have them all shipped together and save on the shipping costs. Is that something that is able to be done? If so once I return from America in February I would be interested in setting that up and can start a new thread for that.

I guess the other option is for me to suspend and renew my subs every six months, but I reckon that $16 for AP volume monthly is better for cash flow for Paizo =)

At this point just asking the question and not asking for action to be taken. Thank you so much!

I just wanted to see if someone could peek in on Order 2928584. I saw that in my email it said there would be a shipping charge. Between my side-cart items and my AP sub I'm just over $100 in items before shipping. In the email it says there will be a shipping charge of $9.71. I just wanted to bring it up, I'm assuming that once it ships I'll end up getting the save $10 off of shipping discount for over $100 worth of items being shipped.

It says it's applying the 2008 discount code, but it's not showing up in the order from what I see. I assume it should be $112.33, then a discount of $11, then shipping and handling added in, then a discount of $10 on the shipping and handling since it's over $100. Is that correct?

Just wanted to toss in a thanks for Cosmo, Alison, and whomever else helped me with a rather long and drawn out problem I had.

I ordered an order and for some reason it was returned to sender. Long story short I didn't get them. Paizo made sure to take care of me and sent me the books again, I was able to flip through them when I was visiting back home recently.

Paizo has had excellent service, I think we all know that...I definitely experienced it first hand. =)

Just curious if there's any chance of an option to keep single issues from being sent.

I'm living internationally and shipping for one item was near $8. It was pretty much the same price as shipping 3 last month.

I'm not in that big a hurry to get the copy into my hand, as I still have a healthy back-log of material. Is it possible to do an option, say 1/month UNLESS it's a single item, in which case it be done the next month with the next issue?

Just got Pathfinder #7 and Gamemastery: Crucible of Chaos in the mail. Without going into too many details I'd just like to say how very impressed I am. I've been reading them at work and thus far everything is awesome about it. Writing, great. Artwork, great. Very high quality production on them. Very happy that I subscribed!

And just as a comment, I didn't even find out about Paizo until you guys had your Green Ronin sale. So I hope you're happy to know that you got at least one subscriber from that! (Though I suspect you got many more ;p)

Oh, and please let us add items to our sidecart to mail with our subscriptions! I so want to buy a few more books, even though my gf complains about it =)

Just got an email that Volume 9 of Pathfinder was going to ship to me soon. I'm set up on once a month shipping. I had two orders go through in April (albeit because that's when I started my subscription). I'm worried that Pathfinder is going to ship separately from my Gamemastery module. There is one of those due to ship in May too. Can ya hold Pathfinder 9 until my issue of Gamemastery is ready? I'm worried that I'll end up paying for shipping twice in may, and it's sort of wasteful since it's only one magazine each shipment.

Just a quick question, as I understand it since I'm subscribing to Pathfinder Adventure Path, I should get a 15% discount on my Pathfinder Modules subscription right? When does that kick in. I just subscribed last night to both at the same time, and they are shipping together. Will the discount for the Pathfinder Modules kick in the next time? (I don't think it did this time, though I was sure it was supposed to)

I've been reading a lotta good things about the first pathfinder arc of adventure books, just curious if there are any plans to make some sort of hardbound mega compilation or anything. I'd be keen on buying something like that, though I'm sorta thinking the market might be small for it eh?
