All right, we've got four players! Now, let's get cracking on some character sheets, and get this thing started.

We've got...

Durendal: Elf Sorcerer
Kevin Mack: Halfling(?) Fighter
Wellard: Dwarf Barbarian
Mishi: Bard

Go ahead and get started. In a moment I'll post with some background info. Looking forward to this! :)


Okay, PC generation rules....

1st level characters.
28 point buy for abilities.
Maximum hit points.
Average (not maximum) gold for equipment.
Core 3.5 preferred. Deviations from core possible approved, please ask.

That should be about it, I think.

Oh, and as for background? There's not much...the game will begin with the PCs aboard a ship, Fortune's Wind on journey from Seatil to Port Shaw. The reasons why are totally up to you.

Mishi here - haven't finished the equipment list, and I still need to do alignment, background and description, but most of the crunch for Jan is done.

I'm starting to go over your characters...

Durendal, let's start with Heleborne.

He of course still needs a description and brief background. Also languages spoken and equipment list.

The only error I see is that he should have a total +5 mod to Appraise, because the Raven familiar grants a +3 bonus.

Other than that, looks good so far.


Kevin Mack,

Okay, here's what I see for Eria.

1. At some point, please do create her character sheet under her profile, it makes it much easier to reference later.

2. What's her alignment?

3. I think her total Jump score should be -1, because she gets a -6 penalty due to movement 20'

4. Languages? She would have two bonus besides Common and Halfling

5. Her attacks with both Rapier and Sling should be +7 (maybe you forgot the +1 bonus for small size?)

That's it for now, but I haven't double-checked her equipment list yet.

Here's what I have so far for Jan...

1. Needs Alignment

3. I was able to recreate your skill totals with 2 skill points left over, so I think you shorted him 2.

4. Damage with rapier should just be 1d6, not 1d6+1

5. REF save should be +4, not +5

I still need to go over his spells and equipment.

Ejected from his fathers hall for embarrasing himself during a fartingg contest Egrimm has taken ship to get as far from his shame as possible.. An extremely short(3'11")rotund(154lb) suspicious Dwarf with a straggly black beard that comes past his knees he finds himself adrift in a world of which he has no knowledge. His actions on ship so far have been to keep himself to himself somewhere down near the bilges where his smell can't disturb the other passengers.

Equipment, back pack(oxhide with the hair still on it), one weeks rations, warhammer, throwing axe, Dwarven war axe,hide armour,

(used any money left to pay for passage so is flat broke)

Whoops - I don't know how I managed to make all those mistakes :( Fixed them now. I've also added a description and alignment (was trying to decide whether he'd fit into CN or CG, but I think CN fits best in the end, with some good tendancies).

I'll add background and the rest of his mundane equipment soon.
