I'm kinda lazy and don't like wandering around between sites to get my podcasts. Will Patreons have the option of getting the 'casts through other sources, such as Google Play?
Kind of. Unfortunately, Patreon have this annoying thing where the RSS feeds they provide don't work with many podcast players (as they are 'private' and keyed just to the individual user which many apps can't deal with). That's especially true if you're looking for a free player.
Even with those podcast apps which work, there are times the RSS feed will just disappear (Itunes is supposed to be able to handle it, but every now and again my Glass Cannon Podcast RSS feed just doesn't refresh and I have to go to the Patreon site and copy-and-paste the link to re-search for it on Itunes).

Find the Path is definitely worth checking out. Especially if you're a fan of PF1 and want to listen to a group who are committed to both getting the rules right and running an engaging and meaningful story.
This is one of the all-time best PF1 Podcasts, in my opinion. Good sound quality, good roleplaying, good grasp of the rules. It's fast paced and yet doesn't skimp on the AP material. The homebrew stuff is integrated seamlessly as well.
Their freely accessible run-through of Mummy's Mask is available irrespective of whether you subscribe to their Patreon. I thoroughly recommend listening to it - these folks are brilliant. :)

Tyrant's Grasp will also be unaltered PF1?
Yes. They care about getting the rules right and they know PF1 but not PF2 yet.
My speculative impression was that their plan is to see these two out and run a PF2 AP after Mummy’s Mask (they’ve just started book 3). The future wasn’t confirmed, but they did indicate they’ll stick to PF1 for these two.

Just adding a Huge +1 to everything Steve said above. My only add would be how I'm incredibly impressed with their consistency, in quality, story-wise, and even rules grey areas.
Joined the patreon even though I'm only listening to Mummy's Mask - no spoilers for me :)
