Are these the Runelords of Greed and Wrath doing battle in the background?
That picture indeed depicts my colleague Alaznist blasting the living heck out of my colleague Karzoug. That girl sure knew how to blow things up.
I offered Karzoug to reincarnate him with elements-resistant skin through my Vats of Improvement, but he wouldn't know anything of it. That backwards attitude was what brought old Thassalion to its knees.
The new Thassalion and its Atomic Supermen, genetically engineered to perfection, will not just last a thousand years, but a thousand millennia. Any day now (Just some minor tweaks to breed out of the guys, like their low half-life and murderous tendencies that makes them turn on each other. Nothing bad as you can see).

So this book is "Ultimate Power!"?
Well, the next in line, featuring the ninja class, will be REAL ULTIMATE POWER.
Well, I, for one, am ready to get pumped!

You certainly wouldn't want to cause one of those ninjas to flip out.
You could try ticking one into using a frisbee though.

damn, why is Seltyiel blocking the view on that battle scene????? the background would have been a great wallpaper
You're right, his bicep/tricep is really distracting... That is one ripped half-elf!
Wonder if Paizo has ever considered a swimsuit calendar. For the iconics that is, not the staff...

If that is Alaznist, the blast emanating from the business end of what she's wielding cunningly disguises if it's a regular stave or a ranseur...
Alaznist's ranseur is pretty distinctive... AKA you wouldn't be able to mistake it for something else. It's not in the picture, in any case; she's using something else (probably just a wand or a rod) to blast poor Karzoug.

I know the fans have been asking for one often enough.
I know Playboy has had naked computer game characters a few times. Maybe they should get together with Paizo and do a Paizo Playboy Pathfinder Patronage Project (for the quintuple alliteration win!)

I have a humble request; would it be possible that you released wallpapers without such a big product/company logo on it? It's not that I don't support the company and all, and I understand you want to make people see the logo, but those that use the wallpaper are already players - you're kinda "preaching to the choir".
I don't like my wallpapers having huge letter, partly because I feel like my computer becomes an advertisement piece (I proudly recommend PF to every gamer I know, but this is different) and partly because it gets cluttered with the icons and so on. Wallpapers just look better with less (or more discrete) text on them.
Anyways, I'm kinda drooling over the book itself, keep up the good work. I always like new mage stuffsies, and it's my hope that there's some non-combat magic in it too. I'd love some section on "everyday magic", so to speak. Regardless if it's there or not, at least I'll love all the new spells.

Personally I'm getting a little tired of the cheesecake, so a "regular" Pathfinder calendar is far, far, far more likely than a "swimsuit" calendar, I'm afraid.
I should preface this by saying, I actually enjoy the art produced for the iconics and the various stylistic flourishes in each piece (even if they are whimsical and not necessarily functional). In general, I prefer my fantasy art to be cool and inspiring. You guys have nailed this on the head.
However, I would like to point out that a "regular" Pathfinder calendar would be as good as a "swimsuit" calendar, considering some of the iconics' typical apparel. (see page 253 of the core rulebook, first printing)
