Hello! Welcome to my table. Before we start, please do the following:
Please complete the macros linked at the top of the page. This will be used for initiative and secret rolls.
Please also post your token to the slides and post your position in the marching order. The slides are also linked at the top of the page.
As per the Organized Play Foundation Community Standards, each player must decide if they will allow their characters to be damaged by friendly fire (usually via splash damage). In keeping with the “Explore, Report, Cooperate” motto of the Pathfinder Society, engaging in non-consensual character-versus-character conflict is prohibited. While accidental friendly fire happens due to missed attack rolls or other factors, players must obtain the consent of other players before deliberately including fellow PCs in damaging effects. This rule does not apply in situations where a character is not acting of their own free will, such as if they’re being mind-controlled by an NPC and forced to attack a fellow Pathfinder.
This applies to Scenarios only
You may select a consumable item from the Pathfinder Provisions list. These used to be the school items you get prior to starting an adventure. Quests and bounties do not receive provisions.

HIGH TIER LEVEL BUMPS
To provide low level players a more fun and fair experience, PCs whose level equals the adventure’s base level (such as a 3rd-level PC playing in a Level 3–6 scenario) gain a temporary boost when playing in the higher level range called a level bump to represent the higher-level PCs’ mentorship and support.
Increase every DC the PC has by 1.
Increase the attack modifiers, attack damage, spell damage, saving throw modifiers, skill modifiers, Perception modifiers, and AC of the PC by 1.
Increase the Hit Point totals of the PC by 10 or by 10%, whichever is higher.
These adjustments are less beneficial than gaining a level, yet they provide the PC more survivability and opportunity to contribute to the adventure experience, reducing the degree to which higher-level PCs might overshadow these less experienced Pathfinders.
You should also remind higher level PCs to apply any mentor boons they might have purchased.
Apply the relevant adjustments to the PC's animal companions, eidolons, and familiars as well. If a value is already increased by applying the adjustment to a PC (such as a familiar's save modifiers and AC), do not increase the value a second time.

I have two Glyphs.
Vanizadi will take a healing potion for his provision.
He does not yet have a Mentor Boon (he'll qualify after this adventure, presumably).

Plenty of Glyphs. Horizon Hunters Mentor boon here.
Quest, so no provisions.

Ah right. And who tends to have a free hand available?
Fresh Produce is a bit of a quirky healing ability--it only costs me one action to use, but the target must spend an action to eat the fruit and they have to have a hand.
Drill Sgt. Slaughter

I think I'll bring Sgt Slaughter if people are ok with some GI Joe references. It'll be his first game, so a quest will be a good way to ease in and try out the new mechanics.
Oh, and I would need mentor boons too if we're playing up.

oh boy... :)
As long as your battle cry isn't "YO JOE!" I think we'll be ok :)

Just waiting for Sgt Slaughter and Knox to complete the Macros and Slides...

I mean...that's exactly what I meant. :)
He'll refer to his squadmates as joes (heh, slow horses) and generally yell at everyone to do things.
GM, would you allow his drill sergeant's hat to be his banner? At first level he's not taking it off or doing anything fancy with it. Banner says it can be affixed to a backpack, and a hat doesn't sound far off.

Done. Although Commander and Guardian aren't class choices in the macros yet.

Yep, reactions tend to be a bit clunky on pbp, especially when block initiative is being used.
Slaughter has Gather to Me, Strike Hard, and Pincer Attack prepped. He also knows Tactical Takedown and Naval Training (bc sailor). I kind of expect to use Gather to Me during the first round, especially if he's up front to give everyone a chance to position better.
Who has a reaction that they expect to be using often and wouldn't want to use up for a tactic? Slaughter can give 1 extra reaction too.
GM Tiger

Sure. You can use his hat.
Yes, the macros doesn't have the 2 new classes yet.

To keep it smooth:
Gather to Me and Pincir Attack:
My character (Maddegan) is a healer first, then drink a mutagen > martial second. Feel free to move her on your turn either towards an ally that needs healing, or if she has her feral mutagen active, into a flank. If there is an encounter where her trained skills would be effective at disabling hazards or whatnot, feel free to move her towards those as well.
Strike Hard!:
As the level one character, I don't see you using this on her frequently if at all. But, feel free to roll to strike for her. With the Level Bump and Combat Mentor, she should be +2 to Strike over her base profile statistics. I will probably build a macro for Strikes and house it at the top of her profile.

Check out the Brandish trait - it will definitely come into play for Slaughter with his proposed loadout, and you may need to rethink some specs.

Oh, I didn't realize you had the Commander Dedication! Interesting, and I'd love to get your opinion on how well it works. Slaughter's original build was Monk/Commander, but I decided to try Commander/Wrestler. Other than people not having enough reactions to go around, I don't see a huge problem in both of us using tactics.
Re: Brandish, yeah I hadn't looked at that closely. So he'll have to take the banner is his hand to use Strike Hard.

Vanizadi

Feel free to move and roll for Vanizadi for tactics.
He doesn't object to being in melee, especially to help flank, but all else being equal prefers to staying 10 feet away to attack with reach.
He usually uses impulses of course, but has a decent melee Strike (mace +7, 1d6+3 bludgeoning damage)--though probably rarely the first choice in this party.
Knox.

Well, I should plant the banner while you can keep yours at hand and use brandish actions.
Just take note than a single character can't react to more than one command per turn, regardless of how many commanders there are in the party.
The tactic that I use is pincer attack to get help on flanking, so that should work fine on those who have nothing better to do with their reactions (the dedication does not give extra reactions).

Correct. Learned this when I did 03-01 High Tier many many many moons ago...

I see "CP: 21" at the top of this campaign.
(Off the top of my head, the "cutoff" is 18 with exceptions for large #s of low-levels)
I prepped Combat Mentor (attacks) and Rugged Mentor (saves) in my character's dashboard.
=)

No need for medicine checks/healing. The snow broke your fall. Just bumps and bruises but no significant damage
My way of saying "I am a healer" in character ;)
